I will say this place is conveniently located off the highway and there are several places to eat in walking distance. At night it looks partly lit and there is a Days Inn directly in the same parking lot which is owned by the same people. My room was neat but unbeknownst to me until I checked to see where the funny smell was coming from, it was a ___ diaper in my trash can! I also had a partial roll of toilet paper which is ridiculous! The wall next to the bed was very dirty and had some stuff on it. The light switch by the door had a shortage in it and I could not turn that light on. The wall unit was not put together as the cover fell straight ti the floor when I tried to adjust the temperature. The room did not come with a fridge nor microwave and considering the people who had the room before me had an infant in diapers, I know they must have needed one too. The clerk was a nice lady but the men (Indian) were not as pleasant. I can’t say I’ll stay again unless I’m in a position where I have to like I did this night, but for the money it’ll do. I was also trying to use my discount but of course they said they couldn’t find it in the system. The bed was cool and comfortable and the pillows were decent. There is no elevator so if you have problems taking stairs make sure you ask at booking for a bottom floor room.

Very quiet and comfortable, very nice room. The staff was always kind to me . I mainly only had conversations with the gentleman at the front desk, His name is Ammie. He and others made me feel welcome to stay there since I was traveling alone.

Front desk lady was very nice. They have a $20 deposit I didn’t know about, and isn’t stated in their policy, at least not right now. She told me she has to tell every guest or the manager is going to make her pay for any stolen items. That’s actually insane. I surely hope that’s not the case. I’m not sure if this is a corporate policy or just a location policy but employees shouldn’t have to pay for stolen items by guests. That’s the risk of having a business. People steal, as horrible as it is, and it should be up the business to replace or retrieve stolen items, not the employees. Deposits are great at that, just wish it was stated in the policy.

The room that we stayed in was a non smoking king room, not the superior, just the standard one. Immediately smelled of cigarette smoke, which I am not a fan of. The room had like 6 lights and still was barely bright enough to see. I’m sure to help cover up the stains and poor upkeep of the rooms. Duvet was stained, sheet had hair on it? Carpets were a little dirty. Shower had someone else’s hair on the walls and tub. Floor was dirty and not swept in the bathroom. Towels were stained. Desk chair had cigarette stains on it. The heat and AC did work, thankfully, really well. When it was time to get under the covers and go to bed, I smelled a horrible BO smell. It was the duvet. It smelled awful. Like unwashed booty and armpits. We immediately checked out. Will never stay here again.

Super disgusting. Had bugs in the room, hair on the bed, dirt in the bathroom, dirt on the walls…. You name it…
Receptionist didn’t understand my complaints and asked for a review anyways, so here we are.
Never ever again. And I just needed a room for the night. Nothing fancy, but not that dirty, too.

Wasn't the cleanest or nicest place to lay my head for the night, but it served it's purpose. Somehow I felt ickier after the shower. Stains on walls, floor and top blanket.. sheets seemed clean. No ice.

Stayed here several times in the past, but tonight will be the last…and only because we already paid. It’s January 7th and they gave us a room in which the heat doesn’t work. I’ve had a double-lung transplant and, because of my health, I am under-weight, with virtually no body fat. I’m also anemic. My boyfriend went to the main office and requested 2 extra blankets. He also explained that the heat wasn’t working and explained my health issues. When the girl behind the desk went to get them, the manager stopped her and told her that “one will suffice.” I’m sitting under the extra blanket, wearing 2 pairs of pants and freezing to death. This is, by far, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, by a hotel manager who seems to think he is a doctor. And apparently their budget is so limited that they can’t afford to provide guests with rooms with working heaters OR extra blankets. So don’t count on them making ANY effort to make your stay comfortable (or even tolerable).

All front desk staff was very kind, and helpful. We were waiting for our apartment to be ready to move in so we were here for a few weeks. The entirety of our stay, staff was friendly and offered discounts when available due to the length of our stay.
