Staff were super friendly! Coffee was good, though I didn’t grab any other breakfast items with Cracker Barrel just across road and Waffle House. A/C was good and cold, plenty of hot water, towels, linens. It’s my favorite place to stay.

Non-smoking room was full of smoke. Room had stains on walls, dirt in corners with cobwebs. Curtains did not block light.

The staff are absolutely amazing and willing to help with whatever you need. The rooms are very comfortable. My mother needed a temporary place to stay while waiting for her apartment to be ready. She would definitely stay here again.

The hot breakfast bar is unequaled. One of the top reasons we choose to stay here. The staff is friendly.
The location is handy to the interstate and the local mall, but as a result, guests can hear road noise, ambulances/emergency sirens, and loud trucks all night. A popular Mexican restaurant is on the other side, and parking lot noise can be a cause for disturbance for some whose rooms are on that side of the facility. There is no elevator, so one must be up to carrying luggage up the stairway for second floor rooms.
In our room, #207, the bathroom sink drained so sluggishly, we left half a sink full after washing hands or brushing teeth. Ugh. There was not opportunity to rinse the sink after each use as we are accustomed to do. The bathroom door squeaks, so a trip to the bathroom woke up both guests. Oh, no!
That being said, we would not hesitate to reserve rooms again, but will check the doors for squeaking, sink for draining, and hope we are physically fit for climbing stairs on our next time through.

I travel for work and are in hotels most of the year and I must say this was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had.Dirty room, urine in toilet, toothpaste in sink. Looks like the room I got was never clean. Just the beds were made. So I got a new room, room number 2, turns out there’s no towels, so I called and let the front desk know. They said they are in the dryer and that they said they will bring them up. This is all Around 8 o’clock. 10pm rolls around and I still have no towels and my heater doesn’t work. It’s 40 degrees outside. Oh and guess what they are fully booked…staff ended up finding me a room, room #3 and then I came there and bad bad mold smell from the heater. I’m allergic to mold.. then I call the staff and they tell me “there no mold in there” I’m allergic so I can tell, the smell was the worst I have ever smelled. we go on to room #4… it was the cleanest out of all- it’s almost midnight at this point. I’m just so exhausted and can’t believe I had to go through that. The staff on duty worked very hard to find me a room, it’s not their fault housekeeping isn’t very good.
Cracks in the ceiling, toilets barely flush. Other guests were complaining to other guests about how dirty everything was. So nasty. This place is a dump and is violating many codes. this place needs to be closed down.

Overall visit on week 1 was good. Of course after working 12 hrs per day, you are exhausted and looking for a good, clean bed and they definitely had those. The rooms that we had were all good, clean rooms and relatively quiet. Recommend them for sure if you are in the area.

Had to switch rooms right away because the fridge wasn't working in the first but other than that it was a nice stay. Breakfast was pretty good. Waffle maker was great.
