Disgruntled
I have never done a review before but this hotel needs to be reported. Upon check in, it was complete chaos. A guest in front of us, whom we thought was being a "Karen", was complaining about having to move to a third room due to condition of all of the rooms. Upon us coming in with our items, she was leaving the property. We went to our room. The carpet outside our room had not been vacuumed and was very dirty. We went to sit on the couch, but it was so covered in stains we had to use our only two bath towels to put down to be able to sit on it. Went to use the microwave and the plate in the microwave was covered in what looked like vomit. It was, however, molded oatmeal. We cleaned this off. Went down to the front desk and informed them of what we had found and got more towels so we could shower. We also had to ask for soap as there was none in a room. In the bathroom, the toilet tank cover did not fit. When we went to take a shower and close the curtain, a dried / used washcloth fell off of the shower curtain. This meant to us that this room had not been cleaned. We were very hesitant to stay the night but had no choice as my husband is a truck driver and we had run out of hours and couldn't legally move to another location. In the morning we complained to the clerk on duty, yet again, and was informed they were having staffing issues, a new GM that he didn't know and didn't know how to get in touch with. To make a long story short, as I could go on, I have called twice, and been told I could get a $50 credit only as we did stay in the room. This is unacceptable. A full refund is being demanded. On my call on April 2, I was put on hold and when they came back was told the manager that was there would issue a $50 refund and that is all they could do. I asked to speak to that manager and was told, "sorry, he just left to go to our companion property next door". When demanded again a full refund, was told we could have gone to their property next door. Was never given this option, and would not have done that as why would I expect it to be any better. Each time we were told, sorry, we are having housekeeping and management issues, as well as, being told,"people make mistakes". This room was ridiculously priced. Shouldn't be IHG!!! If I wanted to stay at a Motel "*", i would have stayed at one

Thank you to the staff who were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I booked a room across the parking lot and had numerous issues. I walked to Holiday Inn, and they went above and beyond for me and my son. Not only was the lady at the front desk kind and so sweet to my son, she also matched my rate at the other hotel. Then, the next morning, my son and I accidently left our winter jackets in our room. The staff called me, and I was able to pick them up without issues. The accommodations and kindness given by the staff was the best I had received in a long time. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed here last night. The front desk lady that checked us in was very sweet and helpful. She has to switch out room because the heat had been left on at 78 or 79 degrees and it was extremely hot in the room and we couldn't get it to cool down because the ac didn't work, it was blowing out hot air to. But she very kindly switched our room. We tried to get it to cool down for 6 hours before calling the office. But she took care of us. The hotel is extremely clean and the breakfast is very good. Soft beds . The heated pool is great. We would stay again!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is very, very basic and some people may find that unpleasant, but for the money its worth it for us. The staff is very pleasant and it seems very clean. It is definitely not high-end or even medium, but very basic. Despite being almost right under a major freeway, we have not experienced noise issues, however, we have only stayed in rooms opposite the freeway. For a quick, easy stop on your way elsewhere, it is fine.

This exceptional hotel's breakfast is the town's highlight, justifying your visit. Fresh, high-quality options include always has plenty of omelets, pastries, and fruits. It accommodate dietary needs. The spacious, clean area and attentive staff enhance the experience. While comfortable rooms and great service are noteworthy, the breakfast sets this hotel apart, making it a must visit for food lovers and travelers alike

Hotel itself is quite basic. Lobby is simple and uninviting. Rooms are average but AC worked well and water pressure was good. When we first entered our room one of the bath towels was hanging on the door. Don’t know if it was just overlooked by housekeeping? In the morning, apparently the “woman who does breakfast” never showed up so there was no yogurt, milk or juice. We asked for water which they couldn’t get for us despite having bottles in the front fridge for sale. You can probably do better.

Excellent customer service from the entire staff and management team. Hannah, Trevor go above and beyond making sure customers are taken care of. David in housekeeping also goes above and beyond helping customers and making sure they have everything in their rooms for their stay. I highly recommend this location.

As diamond elite members we were very disappointed in our stay. When we checked in we requested 1st floor so the desk clerk made sure the room she was giving us was clean. The sticker at door said it was sanitized. When we got in the heat was on 88 and blowing COLD air, used room keys were on the desk, the bathroom fan was VERY loud and the toilet paper holders were broken. We were moved to another room that was ok. In the middle of the night there were 2 false fire alarms that went off. Very hard to get back to sleep after that! When we went for breakfast there was water all over the floor. One lady had already fallen and then the breakfast attendant fell cleaning it up! The breakfast itself was the worst we have ever had at a Holiday Inn! pancake machine was broken, no fruit cups and 2 apples and a sad looking orange for fruit, no yogurt-only milk and cream cheese in refrig, cold egg omelettes, and no cups for juice, only small condiment cups so you had to go out and get a coffee up! No where up to par!
