I had the pleasure of dining at Mikey C’s and I can't say enough great things about it! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service was impeccable. As someone with a gluten allergy, I was thrilled to see that they offered several gluten-free options. I tried the gluten-free seafood mac 'n' cheese, and it was *incredible*—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor.

The chicken sandwich and the blackened chicken with hot peppers were also out of this world—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, and it really made the whole meal even more enjoyable.

Highly recommend Mikey C’s to anyone looking for amazing food and great service. They truly care about their customers' needs, and I can't wait to come back!

Atmosphere- 5 stars- this quant little eatery resides in an old building on the end of the Mid-City bridge located on the West side of Fairmont WV. The inside has been redone making it a modern yet cozy area decorated with photos of well known chefs and vines of white flowers accented with white lights strung on the wall. The place is super clean and offers a small area with deserts and bakery items.

Service- 5 stars- Kevin was our waiter and he was friendly and very attentive.

Food- 5 stars- they offer daily specials and a decent beer and wine list. I had the dirty rice with chicken, beef and hot peppers. It was awesome. It must be a popular dish because I saw many people ordering it. I also had the roasted red pepper chicken bisque for a starter and again it was delicious. My wife got the blackened chicken breast sandwich with Swiss cheese and a side of fries. She said it was one of the best chicken sandwiches she had ever had.

I would highly recommend stopping here. From what I understand it’s get quite busy in the evenings. We went mid afternoon and beat the rush.

I’ve been a few times now and would recommend this place to anyone. Food is fantastic per usual and the service is even better. I always feel welcomed and my server was amazing last night. She explained gluten free options thoroughly when asked about them. She made me a nonalcoholic (I asked for NA) key lime pie margarita and it was delicious. Great portions and the food is always plated so beautiful.

Had a great lunch today we have been here several times and always have had a great meal and awesome service. The frenzy fries are a must have.

Amazing and attentive employees -- we were there on a very busy night with live music, and the employees noticed and offered to move us to a spot with better view.

Also, although it was busy, the staff were very fast and attentive and checking on everyone and making it all happen! Wouldn't have known it was busy from the service, only knew it was busy from the filled tables and chairs!

Also, extra shout out because I am always kinda embarrassed/feel as if I am annoying when I go to restaurants because of a few food allergies -- I know which items are likely to be safe or easiest to prepare certain ways, so I do try to make it easy for restaurants too, but it is extra work for wait staff and kitchen staff, and i acknowledge this, and felt welcomed and safe here, and our waiter noticed I felt apologetic for my allergies and made me feel welcomed and it was all great!! Thank you!!

The music was great! The service was amazing!

The place was hopping, seems to be a local hangout. If I were local, I'd be here a lot!!

Also, I was coming from out of state to visit friends, and we had to change the reservation a bit because I was delayed during travel, and it all worked out okay 🙂 very grateful.

So glad I experienced Mikey C's during my first visit to Fairmont! I'll definitely be back!!

A rare gem, and even the owners were there working! So cool to see a real local restaurant like this 🙂

Just a bit late on the review. We had our Holiday Ball here-HIGHLY recommend. They went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was addressed. The food was amazing, the staff so attentive, and we absolutely loved every minute of it!

Very cool space! We got a variety of items including the crabby cheese sticks, dirty rice and hot Italian sandwich and everything was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful for a couple that couldn't make up their minds! The only thing I'm slightly upset about is that we didn't find this place sooner.
