Wonderful place. Good prices. Always friendly service. I actually had to cut back on coming since I have a bigger family and we enjoy it so much. We were coming multiple times a week.

Came in on Wednesday, October 23rd 4:25pm was not greeted when I said hello while coming in, didn’t smile at me once actually they basically scowled at me, and did not receive my change back.

This location is nice! The girls working were friendly and smiling 🙂 Everything was spotless! There isn't seating inside the store but there is seating right outside of it in the hallway.

Got an icy. Don't know about other offerings. I had a child sized small cotton candy "icy" plushie. $3.20 is a little over the top for a cup of flavored ice. However, it was good and refreshing.

Amazing service. We stopped here on our drive back to Ohio, and my dad left his phone. They were kind enough to ship it back to us and were so sweet that they refused any money in return. Amazing custard and people!

I forgot to take a picture because I was too busy eating the birthday cake Italian ice with regular custard. We were visiting family upstate and were thrilled to find a Rita’s on the route home. The staff was excellent and efficient and kind
