I visited for the first time today, I loved it cats and staff were awesome. Cats are well taken care of. Also had an iced salted Carmel bobba coffee that was tasty as well. Definitely recommend stopping by, will certainly be back.

Very friendly staff, (especially the furry ones) very warm and quiet atmosphere. Will be back soon! Also I recommend the matcha it was delicious. These are the sweetest little gentlemen I’ve ever met and recommended coming by to see them!

Absolutely loved this place! So fun and cute! Cats were so sweet and drinks were amazing. Got the Petunia Chai and really enjoyed it! The owner was so kind and welcoming too. Would recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait until I can come back!

Took my daughter and her friend tonight. We unfortunately didn't show up until a little after 5pm but Mugs and Mittens were MORE than welcoming to us even so close to quitting time. Obviously we went to love on some kittens but we were pleasantly surprised with the menu! They had something for everyone! They told me about a few things to also look forward to in the near future and we can't wait to return! We got to love and play with each and every kitty. It was such a nice space! They even had some items for sale like crochet stuffies, car diffusers and more. It was such a warm and welcoming space for anyone of any age. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter and I absolutely love it here! The coffee is delicious and there are so many options. It’s so clean and set up so cute! It’s really nice that it is separate from the cats so you get to enjoy both if you want or one or the other. And the cats are absolutely adorable and super sweet! The kids can even draw on the walls (With a whiteboard, of course) Or read or put puzzles together…. The list goes on! I also noticed they have a book club that they are starting! They have really thought of everything and they are such kind and professional people! We will plan to go as often as we can!

This was such a gem of a place to discover! We had such a nice relaxing time visiting all the kitties. It is so cozy and calm inside which was wonderful for our daughter who adores animals and experiences some sensory sensitivities. We plan to make this a regular family activity. The place was very clean and has a handful of easy kid and adult friendly snack and drink options. Loved it!

Super cool place super very comfortable. Cats are very well loved. Cats are friendly as well. The cafe is very clean. Dont go if you do not like cats though. There is a tiny fee to sit with the cats but it helps with the upkeep. K cups are offered but recently added a fridge with whipped cream and syrups and lots of snacks to choose from. Prices are very reasonable.

Mugs N Mittens is a very quaint and cozy little cat cafe. If you want to pet cats and enjoy a little snack, this is a nice place to chill. They have coffee with flavored syrups at their Coffee Bar and hot cocoa. They also have snacks (candy bars & chips).

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have some cats up for adoptions through the Marion County Humane Society and take donations/suggestions for their cat cafe.

They also have two air cleaners in the cafe area and everything is clean and neat. They even have a lint roller if you get some cat hair on your clothes.

From 5pm to 7pm, they have Kitten o’clock where they have their kittens roam around the cafe. They are a little skittish, but cute!

They also host gaming nights and birthdays as well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our kitty time there and will definitely be back!
