Atmosphere- 5 stars- a relaxed clean atmosphere. Nicely decorated. Calming music. A few tables and a comfy sofa to sit on.

Service- 3 stars- friendly but some employees there seem to have a little difficulty with English. Can be slow sometimes due to shortage of staff. I believe it’s a family owned business.

Food- 5 stars- I got the iced caramel macchiato with light sugar and it was perfect- so smooth. Also got the pistachio milk cake- this was a first time trying this cake and it was so moist and light. Loved this desert. They have an assortment of Yemen coffees and deserts. Highly recommend!!!!

This coffee shop is very cute. Well decorated. The owner is super nice. Dessert is very tasty. I got the kunafa cheesecake, cocktail smoothie, and an Arabic coffee. Never try the kunafa before, it is pretty good! Not overly sweet ~ will definitely go back again! 🌟

I LOVE not only the apple turnovers (my favorite, I get 2 every time) and a hot, sweet caramel latte from here but also, I appreciate the young men who always greet me with a friendly smile and kindness! I work right beside the coffee shop and I go in everyday I’’m working. Great place! Highly recommended you stop in and try their menu. A ton of different pastries and delicious drink options.

What a welcome taste of the Middle East to North Central WV! We had Muofawar, Black Yemeni Tea, and a piece of coconut cake. They were all fantastic! The coffee and tea both had a very rich flavor, and the cake was decadent and moist. Such a great flavor experience.

This is such a great break from the typical coffee shops that only serve variants of steamed milk flavored concoctions (though they offer these, too!) The essence of spice was mildly present in the air and the flavors were reminiscent of the shops and bazaars I’ve visited in the Middle East.

Be sure to stop her following your trip to Zharas and enjoy their authentically spiced beverages and desserts.

I also love that they are part of the East Side and Palatine revival that is bringing new life to Fairmont. The prices were fair and the service was personal, even asking how much sugar I took with my coffee.

Finally!!! A cute little place in Fairmont I can take my girlfriend. (She loves it) Service was amazing and the desserts were unique and special. Hands down the pistachio latte and Dubai chocolate cheese cake are our go to. The "something different" you've been looking for.
