The room was nice and clean. My complaints are that after looking for a nicer hotel with a pool that was open so we could enjoy it, the pool was small and therefore crowded easily and the pool water was cold and with a toddler we weren’t able to swim in it. That was pretty disappointing. I assumed an indoor pool would be warmer and will ask from now on. Secondly, taking a shower at 8:00am the water was cold. Not a happy way to end our one night stay. Overall the hotel is fine, if you don’t mind cold pool and cold showers inthe morning. Probably won’t be staying again.

This was our first stay here, and all in all Not bad!! First of all, I'm a Diamond member and the Hilton site told me my total with taxes and using 10K points was $49.84, they charged my card $78. When I asked the clerk at check in she said Not sure why, take it up with clerk at check out! The site told me online since a Diamond member, no deposits or incidental charges!

The room was a King Bed with a extremely hard and non comfort Sofa. My hubby wanted to sit and enjoy football on TV. Good thing he's easy going, he sat there enjoying his PBR and watched the playoffs....not me, I stretched out in bed working from my laptop!

TV great, shower great water pressure and hot water and comfy bed..that's what matters the most. Quiet room facing rear of hotel and residential homes. But, we aren't at the Beach, so no need for spectacular view.

Breakfast next day was Southwestern Egg Omelets w cheese, sausage, hard boiled eggs, bagels with cream cheese and waffles. No fruit! Hot Tea, Coffee, milk and juice. Free breakfast, free coffee and pretty good stay!!
Indoor pool with towels and no hot tub.

Definitely recommend and will stay again! I will let you know if they give me the right rate!

It is a good thing that our room was clean and comfortable because everything else was a complete disaster. The hotel was no more than half full, but somehow the hotel put us in a room that was on the other side of the elevators and shared a wall with the ice machine. Glad to be members of Hilton Honors and know we are so highly valued.||But wait, there’s more. The breakfast operation reflected great incompetence and lack of care or attention. When I popped open the cover on the hot food, there was just one greasy, thin, and fatty slice of bacon and very little scrambled eggs, which were dry and burned on the edges.||I did not see anyone from the kitchen checking the breakfast buffet area for quite some time. Later, I realized why. The food service person was having a good gum flap with the lady at the front desk. Only after I asked about food service at the front desk did that person walk back to the kitchen. I could go on about food service, but there are other matters to cover.||The lady at the front desk was on the phone having a personal conversation for about 15 minutes, obvious to anything going on at the hotel.|It was apparent that she not interested in helping guests.||My wife brought our room assignment up with the manager, who made weak excuses for our bad room location, including a commentary about how as Hilton Honors members we can pick out our room location online. ||The best thing the hotel could is to fire everyone except housekeeping and janitorial staff. They are the only ones actually working and concerned about the guests.

Never again will I use this hotel, booked the conference room for my 6 year olds birthday, we used the pool for 15 minutes before a large group of teens staying their began to rough house in the pool. They body slammed over and over,almost hitting and potentially drowning these 6 year old kids to the point that we had to remove the kids from the pool and even after informing the hotel of how crazy and unsafe it was THEY DID NOTHING! I asked to speak to a manager I had to wait 3 days to call and when I did talk to this woman she was the rudest and most inconsiderate manager I’ve ever had to deal with, her resolution was saying I should have made the kids swim first then it wouldn’t have happened. I paid $220 dollars for 4 hours of use and I was only able to use 2 of them before my child has almost smacked and drowned and when asked about a potential refund I was told no because I still had the space to use and was then offered $30 dollars to make the issue go away. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE POEPLE!!

This trip has had some bumps, but even with that, the service provided by the staff has went above and beyond. Minor inconveniences happened during the stay but staff has really tried to correct these quickly. Domenick has especially went above and beyond in customer service. He was extremely polite and truly made my stay pleasant.

Hello. I stayed at this hotel last night. The staff had a fantastic attitude. I travel for a living in the airline industry, and nothing beats walking in to check in a hotel, to find the team expecting me- I mean I had my key and was headed to my room in seconds.

Clean rooms, fantastic gym, and hot coffee as always. What I’ve come to expect at a Hampton Inn - quality, cleanliness, and friendly.

We stop here twice a year as a mid way stop on our way to visit family in Kentucky for Thanksgiving. It’s conveniently located right off the interstate, and has a surprisingly large pool for a hotel this size. The breakfast is pretty good. My one complaint is that unlike a lot of Hampton Inn’s they don’t have fresh-baked cookies. If you stay there, make sure to check out Muriale’s Italian restaurant a couple miles away. It’s a real gem!
