It was a perfect pit stop after driving 15 hours. We stopped overnight. Lobby was welcoming with beautiful Easter decorations. Lady at the front desk was warm and friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast had a good spread. No complaints here.

Positive: The staff at the hotel are what make this property so exceptional. They are very helpful, kind, professional, and bend over backwards to help you. Wonderful people. Love the Tesla charger. I had 40 miles left when I arrived, 400 when I woke up and left. Negative: No. Everything and everyone was fantastic

We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept up. Even the other guests were very nice. It is conveniently located near the interstate. They are lots of options for food nearby. Best of all, it's close to my family 🙂

We were caught in a terrible blizzard. We decided to give up on making it home to Ohio due to hazardous road conditions. Kind smile from Chris and other associates we’re so helpful to check in and stay. The staff were polite and helpful and the property so clean. Beds were comfortable and we were able to relax from the stressful travels in a blizzard.
We really appreciated this thoughtful staff and clean, SAFE place to rest our heads and wait out the storm. Kudos to Chris and leading this amazing staff. They deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond in customer service.

My stay was pleasant and breakfast was delicious. I had a rough stay at a different hotel a couple nights earlier.

I've now stayed here twice in past week. Place is great. Staff is amazing and very professional. Beds are super comfortable and best shower water pressure in the game. Lots of parking and good breakfast.

Canceled trip and still got charged. I was going one night. The Day I made the reservation I had a change of plans so I called hilton customer service and canceled. I still got charged for tye stay. I got in contact with the hampton and they refused to refund me for my stay. Chose a different hotel. Extremely ride employees including April.

Multiple BUGS in our room! First time EVER we asked to be moved! Our friends we were with had stains on their sheets and had to get their bed stripped down and changed!!! WORST hotel experience we personally have ever had, and we are not complainers at all. Staff person was kind of rude about it, but in her defense, she was the only staff and doing multiple jobs.
