We stopped in this morning for breakfast. The food was fabulous. Great atmosphere. Mark was our server and he was very attentive and explained how most of their food is sourced locally. I had the frittata bowl with smoked ham & tots. It was great! My husband had a triple burger with pork belly & waffle fries. He loved it. We look forward to going back!

My girlfriend and I came here for breakfast. The menu has plenty of options. I went with the steak and eggs and she got a fritatta. We had fresh squeezed orange juice that was so refreshing and bright.
We also got a side of smoked pork belly. Do bot be confused, this stuff is NOT bacon. It is a super thick cut of smoked pork belly that melts in your mouth and carries tons of good smoky flavor with it.

The Whiskey biscuit was light and fluffy, with the barest hint of Whiskey flavor in it, and was nice and buttery.

We didn't do any cocktails but they looked good on the menu.

The bill for two of us came out to $60 with the tip. Which for 2 entrees, 2 sides. And 2 orange juices I thought was a bit pricey, but for the quality of the food and ingredients I would definitely feel comfortable going again as a nice treat.

I’m always excited when a new local restaurant opens. Whiskey Biscuits has both lunch/dinner and breakfast menus. There is a large variety of food. Tyler was our server. He was very friendly and helpful. We tried the burnt ends as well as a mushroom Swiss cheese melt with fries and Maine lobster roll with “smashed” potatoes and fruit. Everything tasted good and fresh. We will definitely return.

Update....Finally made it by for some food. I had the skillet with pork belly and ham. It was solid. My server raved about the pork belly....just wish there had been more....ham was a ton of it and good. Gravy and tater tots were perfect. My egg was cooked exactly how I requested it. I have a biscuit problem and since the skillet doesn't come with a biscuit I ordered one on the side. It was okay. I'm from the south and maybe I'm just spoiled. It wasn't bad but it didn't blow me away. My dining partner had the eggs Benedict. She said it was good. Her side of tots (they call them kegs) was enormous. I thought prices were very fair especially in this economy. Small space but done well. Nice bar. Interacted with two servers and the bartender. They were all fantastic.

Completely honest. Did not eat. Met the owner on a Saturday before opening. He was sitting outside and since I'm not from Clarksburg I was unsure if they were opening or closing. He told me they had a 'soft' opening the following Wednesday. He explained the concept. I LOVE whiskey and bourbon and the brands he planned on having were some of the best. He went in and got me a menu. Nice guy and I will try next time I am there.

Loved it! Cold Water is brought to you in a glass bottle with cups to pour your own. Ordered the Cancun Dog with fries. The bun was buttered and grilled to perfection and the toppings were on point. I didn’t t mind the messiness of the topping bc that just meant I got to scope it up with my fries. The Fries!!!!! They were seasoned and fried perfectly!! Our waitress was as sweet as can be and attentive. The atmosphere was great. Choose where you sit was helpful bc there were several tv options. Music was playing any volume that was comfortable for Oliver come on Come on conversations.
Oh! And the Christmas tree - whoa - good choice! We will be going back.

Found this little gem on our way to Charlotte and we'll probably stop next time we go as well. Bar kinda environment but great food and drink selection. We were there for breakfast and I'm not sure of their hours but would recommend and will be back!!

AWFUL experience... I paid almost $70 for a small 'lobster roll' on a very cheap hot dog bun, dry chicken salad where we had to ask for cheese and ranch separately, the appetizer potatoes ball nachos were tasting very burnt. Also had fruit cups, but they were not fresh. I told them we were not happy with the experience and just got a 'sorry'. Worst resturant experience I've had in a long time. Will NOT be back. So upset I wasted my time and money on this place.... Go anywhere else.

I had lunch here today and I thought it was fine. It's at Eastpoint back behind Qdoba where Burgerim used to be. Eastpoint is a bit of a pain to get into, but it's where the restaurants are. There's plenty of parking and there were a few tables out on the sidewalk. They had a bit of a lunch rush while I was there but still plenty of room at the bar. I was greeted immediately and got my drink. Their taps were out while I was there, but that looked temporary. They have a very large menu and I worry they might be spreading themselves too thin there, but I'd also like to come back and try other stuff. I ordered a smash burger and some cheesy grits, and it came out quickly. I thought the burger was above average. Service was quick and friendly. I like the vibe of the place. It has a good amount of seating, feels well lit and clean. I would recommend Whiskey Biscuits, and I'll be back sometime to try the breakfast.
