I reserved this hotel for my husband and son. They were there (Bridgeport area) for a basketball tournament Saturday and Sunday and staying overnight was the best option.
When I say the term "you get what you pay for" is 100% accurate. This hotel was the WORST! the side entrance was disgusting, dirty and looked like a side entrance to a trap house!! This hotel looks like a hotel in South Baltimore (Cherry Hill). The price should have been a warning sign but I was in a rush...

Not one for leaving reviews, but heed warning. This place is far from clean. Bathroom door had what looked like stains dripping down the door. Shower door was very moldy. Floor had wax drips on the tile. I could go on. Would not recommend staying here.

I was looking for a budget room and arrived after midnight with a Priceline reservation that was muddled (by Priceline) The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to work it out, even dropping the price lower than Priceline to get me in the room! And for a budget motel it was very comfortable. It IS a ‘well loved’ building—and no elevator to the 2nd floor, but I loved the room design; it even had a curved wall that accommodated at semicircular shower! Very comfortable and ergonomic room!

I booked a room online and called prior to booking because I work the night shift and wanted to make sure it would be okay if I checked in in the morning when I got off work. The lady at the desk I spoke to said it would be fine and when I got there another lady tried to get me to pay a $20 early check in fee, which I told her I would not pay because I had done paid online. I had read online after the fact that there was a bed bug issue there which almost stopped me from even going in but it was 1 degree outside and I didn't want to sleep in my car. The lady at the desk said they haven't had the issue for a long time but I wasn't convinced because she was shady to say the least. I got to my room and thoroughly inspected the bed drawers window seals box spring etc and did not see anything bed buggy. I did however have stained sheets and comforter like someone spilled coffee or something on them, there were no cups by the coffee machine, there was a dirty towel hanging up that was stiff and sticky looking, trash and a spoon in the night stand drawer and the bathroom light fixture in the bathroom was missing. Not worth the money I paid whatsoever. There was a lot of parking lot traffic people walking around which kinda made me feel unsafe being I am a woman traveling alone. Would not recommend staying here solely based on the cleanliness of this hotel.

People are too picky this was a massive steal with the price. No rodents or anything to be traumatized about. Also I left something in my room after checkout on 3/11 around 11 am. And this young man who was cleaning the room was very helpful in finding it. Pay this man quality inn!

Great budget hotel, I have stayed here six times this year and will stay a couple more before the end of the year. always clean and friendly staff. Very comfy beds lots of pillows, down comforter. Cannot beat the price. easy to make reservations on line, points actually add up to something, have gotten one free night already.

Room was moldy. Whole hotel had a smell. We have stayed in a lot of cheep hotels and this place was the absolute bottom of the barrel. Not clean at all. Pee stains on the outside of the toilet. Toilet rocked when you sat down. Nasty!

I booked and paid for this hotel on Expedia for two consecutive nights. When I went to check in, I was told they did not have my reservation. I called Expedia immediately and was told that did not make sense. The agent called the hotel and spoke to the hotel staff in front of me while I was on hold standing right there on the other side of the counter watching them talk. Expedia explained to the hotel that the reservation was made and paid for, etc. After they spoke I was told that I had to pay cash and that hopefully it would show up by the next day and that they would refund my money if it did. After a long work day I had to stand in the waiting room for a long time trying to figure this out.

At the end of my stay they assured me they never received my money or reservation from Expedia and refused to refund me. Expedia sent me proof they did pay the hotel. I have a receipt from the hotel for my cash payment. The hotel is now refusing to issue a refund and the owner is refusing to even call me back to discuss the matter. I’ve even offered to settle the matter by staying there again free next time since I stay in town often. But after several attempts to resolve the problem, they refused to even call me back.

Poor business. I am currently filing a complaint with the corporate office as well as a small claims action at the local small claims court just on the basis of this being unethical and unjust. You just don’t treat people this way without consequences. It’s not right.
