The Morning Glory Inn is a gem! Only a few minutes away from Snowshoe. Staci, Nathan and Savannah are courteous, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home, and a beautiful home it is. The room and bathroom were super clean and cozy. We were there for one snowy night, Nathan even went out of his way and insisted to pick up food for me and my kids because of the snowy conditions. I had fun getting to know them, and our breakfast Parfait was fresh and delicious. The dining room area is comfortable and full of delicious snacks, drinks, coffee, all inclusive. I truly appreciate everything they did for us, and am looking forward to our next stay. Thanks again!!!!

Arrive as guests and leave as friends. The family operating this hotel are the most congenial hosts we have ever encountered, setting the tone for all guests in the booked inn. We enjoyed the inn as much as a short getaway to wild, wonderful West Virginia where the kids could snowboard and we could enjoy the outdoors. The historic property is nestled between ridges and sits above a creek that features a giant split rock with a bubbling spring. We cannot wait to venture back when the seasons change.

We stayed at this fantastic Inn this past Thursday night . We were doing the Cass Mountain Railroad train ride next day. It’s only 30 minutes to the train station . It was snowing that night and our car couldn’t climb the slight hill to the inn but the owners made sure they drive down to the bottom to pick us up . Be aware though cell phone coverage is very low and you could have no service but the hotel will tell you how to log in to a system to have it once your inside the inn . The owners Staci and Nathan were exceptional hosts. The lobby was decorated for Christmas beautifully and had a roaring fire in the fireplace going. After a long tedious drive over the mountains in snow the wine They had for us was most appreciated . Our room was so spacious , comfortable and the hospitality impeccable. We are planning on riding the Cass Mountain fall foliage train and we are definitely going to book our room at the Morning Glory Inn and I recommend you do as well .

Having stayed at numerous B&B's throughout the New England and Chesapeake areas, this was our first experience at a B&B in the West Virginia. The inn itself is absolutely charming and we cannot say enough about the owners, Staci and Nathan. My wife and I were celebrating our 38 year anniversary and I contacted the inn in order to get a dozen roses placed in the room for our arrival. Apparently roses are hard to come by at this time of year in West Virginia but they managed to do just that by sending their innkeeper on an errand. When they arrived Staci arranged the roses in a vase and placed in our room. Thank you Staci and Nathan!!!!! Breakfast was served each morning in the charming dining area and was fantastic! Being baseball fanatics we had asked which establishments in the area might have the World Series on. They recommended a few places but said that if we wanted to come back to the inn they would put the game on for us which is what they did as the restaurant was closing and the game was going into extra innings.

A truly wonderful inn with fantastic hosts in a beautiful area of West Virginia!!! Highly recommend!!!

We weren’t even guests, but they saved the day when BP’s gas pumps stopped working and we couldn’t find fuel to get where we were going late at night. They went above and beyond, and they just did it to help some strangers be safe enjoy Snowshoe. Everything I’d want from B&B hosts!

The owners were very hospitable and accommodating. I was able to stay here for two nights at a very reasonable price. This bed and breakfast is so cozy and is just a ten minute drive from Snowshoe ski mountain. I highly recommend anyone visiting Snowshoe to check this place out!

AMAZING!!! If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway in the mountains Morning Glory Inn is the place to be. As soon as we arrived the owners made us feel so welcomed. We were in town for a marathon race and staying just for a night. Staci went above and beyond, and even made sure all us runners had a good breakfast before the race even though we were all leaving at 6:30 am. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Do yourself a favor don’t miss out on this little slice of heaven.

There's not another place I would want to be after a long day of skiing or adventuring. Most comfortable overnight I've ever had while traveling! Was met with awesome kindness and hospitality.
