Everything was superb, except the breakfast. Unfortunately the orange juice was soured, the famous breakfast cinnamon rolls were cold. Otherwise it was fantastic. I would totally stay there again.

Loved the huge hot tub and pool!

There were no towels in the pool area but when I called the front desk with the red phone (I was reprimanded because that phone is for emergencies only but there are no signs to tell you that around the phone or at least I didn't notice any), the towels were brought out right away which was nice.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had great service as soon as we walked in lady at the desk was the best got to our room very clean and well organized. Could use few more coffee and cups but I'm sure if I ask they would have given them to us .The pool and hot tub was nice and clean and towels on every chair.work out room as well was very clean. Our stay was really relaxing. I was well satisfied.

I recently stayed at this location for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. On both occasions I was greeted professionally by Kaitlyn when I checked in. She was very courteous and over and above in getting me checked into the room and advising me of all the things available at the hotel. She made me feel very respected as a guest and IHG member. Breakfast was great the next day, lots of choices and always enough there. Would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend to anyone else.

We had a pleasant stay. From the friendliness of the check in staff to the quality of the daily breakfast. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Appreciated the closeness to the hospital across the street. Would definitely stay again if the need presented. One of the better Holiday Inn Express hotels we have stayed at. A little pricier than others.

We always choose Holiday Inn for its cleanliness and comfortable rooms but this trip left a bit to be desired. We were on the ground floor and could hear kids in the room above us after 9:00 pm, management called up and it stopped. The walls seem paper thin, if someone was on the shower, you could not hear the tv. The air conditioning unit was loud and woke us each time it went on. The bathroom was clean, except for a moldy shower corner but the curtain was full of holes and there was a hole in the bathroom door. Considering the price point ( and the competition) surrounding this hotel, I would expect more. The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of travel but expect to use it later if you don’t want to swim with kids. The ladies in the breakfast room were very sweet and helpful.

We're always impressed with Holiday Inn Express & Suites, wherever we stay. Clean, quiet, accommodating. Even the lighting in the room is excellent, something most hotels don't get right at all! And it's great to get a coffee and decent breakfast to start the day. It's our first choice, always.

Friendly staff, REALLY clean King suite room.The entire hotel was very clean. The bed was soft but firm. 4 large pillows, both firm and soft/plush pillows available. The mini fridge was a bit loud when it would click on and off. I think the Keurig needed cleaned because the taste was off and we brought our own pods that we use at home. Otherwise, the experience was great and I would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here several times during the past 2 years for medical appointments. The location is very close to Drs office, hospital, stores and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms are always clean. I will continue to stay here and will recommend to friends and coworkers who may need to stay in the area.
