Great place for a road trip stop. Rooms are very clean and seem to have been recently renovated. Staff are super nice and the location is great. We were VERY happy - good value!!!

No hot water in my room. Jordan said the GM looked and the shower cartridges were installed wrong. Front desk worker Jordan said to call Travelocity for a refund. Which I did. They called her and she lied to them saying there was hot water and never told me that. I called her and asked why and she said I just wanted a refund and hung up on me. I called back and could hear her and the GM Ketul laughing in background. He then came on and said it was my fault for not figuring out the plumbing. Said I was the only one to ever complain. Multiple complaints on Trip Advisor regarding the water being an issue. One even had to microwave water to take a bath. I called corporate and they said they will take care of it as there have been others call them with the same concern regarding staff attitude. (Check-in clerk was very pleasant). Corporate was gracious enough to refund the money, but I told them to donate it as it was not about the money but the lack of hospitality. Many other options in the area. Please saved the canned response I am sure is coming

Frequent business traveler have stayed at thousands of budget and value hotels. Can’t say enough good stuff about this location and the staff. Great value, great rooms, clean, not smelly, and staff and management are very kind and helpful.||My car’s ignition switch broke at a nearby rest stop. Very cold day. Couldn’t start my car and was alittle worried about all the steps required to get to and into a hotel room before the evening. I had dogs with me. 3 of them in fact and was concerned with finding a hotel that would accept 3 dogs.||My 1st call was to this hotel and the front office supervisor immediately put me at ease, as it was a simple yes ‘we accept up to 4 dogs’||For all these reasons, I can’t recommend a budget hotel anymore than this one.

before today, i had absolutely no issues with staying here, i travel frequently and prefer staying here because the price is great. After already booking & paying for my room, they then tell me they need a $150.00 CASH deposit. Again, i’ve stayed here MANY times before and it even shows that i have, and they’ve NEVER tried charging me that for a room until today. Now im not only out on a room but ALSO the money i paid because although the “manager on duty” is front desk, they need a “manager” to approve a refund. So with that being said, make sure you’ve got a “$150 cash deposit” if you plan on staying here.

Great location. Close to the hwy, gas station, mall, and fast food restaurant. The same lady, at the front desk, checked us in and out and she was very friendly and polite. The room was much cleaner than the previous time. We stayed there twice; on our way down to SC from Ontario and again on our way back home.

Positive: Clean sheets, big bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: There?s no lobby so the room door opens directly to the parking lot. This causes the floor to be dirty. The floor was pretty dirty. Walls were paper, thin and you can hear a lot of other guests.

There is nothing but good I can say about this location. Jordan the manager is absolutely awesome. Rooms are always super clean. I always look forward to getting Dispatched to this area. I will even travel a little farther just to come to thus location.
