We have stayed here 3 times and each time the staff is amazing! The first two times our rooms were very, very clean. Our third stay the bathroom floor wasn’t as clean and should’ve had a little more attention. There were multiple pieces of hair especially behind the door area. The bedding is clean, fresh and the beds themselves are comfortable.

Lori and the other staff went above and beyond for our kiddos on this visit! Lori made us feel so welcome, she made extra hot water for our kids at night so they could have hot chocolate after playing in the snow.

The breakfast staff was super friendly and they got out extra cereal so all my kids could have the one they wanted.

They even gave a book shelf with books and games for kids in the lobby!

Whenever we are traveling this way we will stay here!

We absolutely had a blast, and there was a certain clerk there that was so nice. My only complaint was. They had a birthday party and the little girls bullied mine until they had to get out of the pool but the hotel did take care of that. And they made the birthday party leave, so everything was great.

This hotel has good location and near the hospital. Quiet location. Attractive landscaping and clean interior and exterior . Just no wow factor in the suites. Kind of dark and dreary colors in the public areas and in the rooms. Heard it is being renovated. Breakfast is good but coffee is too weak. Breakfast room cannot be used at other times of day for snacks and family gatherings. Parking is adequate, well lit and safe. Rather high price for value received.

Check in was fast and the location was good. The cleanliness of the room however, needed major improvement. There were stains all over the carpet, it looked like potato chip crumbs IN one of the beds and on the floor, the refrigerator had something spilled in it, and the couch had hair and fuzz all over it.

We stayed here in October 2024 after attending a WVU night game. The place is clean and the rooms are nice. We didn’t stay here long enough to enjoy any of the amenities, but there appeared to at least be a pool. Located right near a Sheetz and an IHOP. Quiet, comfortable, clean rooms. Located about 30 minutes south Morgantown. Most everything else was sold out or crazy expensive.||There is a free breakfast. Nothing too great, but the lady running it seemed really friendly. Would stay again.

Good service and great location, but me and my wife both got bed bug bits on our arms and our jetted tub had dirt in. We paid good money to stay there and I don't believe it was worth it. Wouldn't mind to talk to management or owner.

I stayed for 2 nights and plan to stay here again if I'm in the area.
My room was clean and the hotel in general was modern and in good upkeep.
The breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold items, which is something I judge pretty harshly when staying out of town. 😄
The hotel was easy to get to and had a large selection of restaurants within a short distance.

The hotel itself is in a great location. The only hotel staff that performs far above expectations is "Sam". The breakfasts that Sam provides are well stocked hot and complete. Her fill-in is too busy with her cell phone to care if the food is available. The cleanliness of the rooms has fallen substantially since the change over in housekeeping staff. Trash is often found left in the rooms, overall cleanliness is lower than what I would expext, and bathroom supplies from toilet paper to shampoo often missing.
Sam is the strong point for the hotel, and as a Diamond Member I see it often.
