We stayed here on our road trip from Florida to Louisiana. The rates were very reasonable. Front desk staff was pleasant but the checking in process took longer than expected / desired. Room had a musty smell. Carpets could use a cleaning but otherwise the room was clean. Was not impressed that the coffee maker was located in the bathroom but there was coffee downstairs so we just didn’t use it. Bed was comfy. AC was pretty loud but blended into white noise and made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast selection was good but food quality was not high.

Ms Monica was very supportive sweetheart getting me checked in to my room. Helping me all the way till the end took her time. Thank you Ms Monica. Welcomed me in the hotel she gave you eye contact when talking to you at all times. Out off all the comfort rooms. I have been in Ms Monica made my day. Thank you

My husband stayed here while in town for work, and I drove in to meet him during the stay. He was going into his fourth night there. The room was never cleaned during his stay, even though he specifically asked that it be since I was coming in. The room smelled of mildew or mold. He got stuck in the elevator once, and when it was working it reeked of marijuana. However, the main problem was that no one working knew what they were doing or cared anything about customer support. Just an, "I'm so sorry we missed that" and a coupon or voucher would have shown some empathy, but it was just, "I don't know." The manager would not come out on two occasions, because she was "too busy." Calling corporate doesn't work with. It's a call center in the Philippines. It's pretty much like half the world doesn't care about anything anymore. Do not stay here!

After being on road for 5hrs and working in the field for 6 ...I was greeted by Meiata, she was very nice, profesional & knowledgeable, and it was a treat to be met with such a glowing smile. She got me checked in super fast and was extremely helpful. Thank you for having such great people.

Positive: The employees were amazing! Extremely nice and they took care of anything we needed. Negative: Unfortunately the location is not great. There are lots of homeless people walking around. We had a homeless lady sleeping under the table in the pool area.

I have stayed here several times this year. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and breakfast is always good. Manager does an outstanding job!

The entire second floor smelt like mold and mildew. I had a headache and got dizzy, possibly due to the ac unit. I'm not sure, I wasn't going to risk it.So I checked out. The pool had no lounge chairs or anything? There was a lot of foot traffic due to the homeless in the area And they would constantly cut through the parking lot. The cleaning staff only had 2 employees, so it took forever to get into my already booked room. It's part of choice hotels. I would say bad choice.

For some travelers that may not know, some companies can pay a company to generate good reviews to keep their business afloat.

Place is a joke! Don't do it! Pay the extra $20 and stay at some place that has people who care. Smells like mold. Dirty vents and bathroom. Management doesn't care. They don't even clean the rooms. Got stuck in elevator, buttons are broken.
