Exactly what we needed for a mid trip rest stop. We normally choose RRI locations when traveling, to break up the drive. While they are “no frills” type properties, the price fits that fact & it works for us. Very clean room; ac was already dropped down low & cool when we arrived, and all the bed linens were bright white & comfy. Clean bathroom (you want to bring your own toiletries because they are minimalist there but we expected that so, no biggie) Large fridge kept my drinks ice cold. Quiet spot, & feels safe here. Accommodated my large breed dog without the huge pet fee some charge. No complaints from us. Highly suggest you check out the nearby “Neighbors” restaurant as well. Only 2 mins away & fab home cooked type foods.

This hotel is not for the picky traveler! The room we ended up in was okay for the night, and the staff was nice. The hotel lobby and area are pretty bad! It is run down, dirty and in a bad neighborhood. The bed sheets in the first room had a burn hole, black stains and the desk chair was broken. We got another room that was better, but it needed a good cleaning—especially the floor. The wall above the shower was ready to fall down, and the fixtures were loose because they weren’t properly installed. ||We had stayed here before, but it wasn’t this bad. ||We stay at Red “Woof” Inns because they are dog friendly. Most of them are okay (the one in Gulf Shores is great!), but this one is not.

Stayed one night Oct 5th. Very dirty and run down. Horrible smell in staircases. Elevator had a out of order sign but I was told it worked. So why is the sign still up? First room I could not get in. The key never work. Front desk person had to use their master key. I was not staying in that room. I was put into another room on 2nd floor which had a very strong cleaning product smell coming from the bathroom. I was so tired I didn't change room and just closed the bathroom door. Then the bed was missing the comforter so i had to bo downstairs to the front desk to get one. So glad it was only for the night and left early in the morning. I would not recommend this place. The worst RRI I have ever stayed at. Very disappointing. Note: there are a row of other hotels/motels to choose from in the area. Don't pick this one.

Booked for 2 nights. Ended up Staying for a few hours since i was so busy so I didn’t even spend the night here. upon arrival I had to change rooms since the old room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The rooms and comforters were disgusting with stains everywhere and seriously they were not cleaned AT ALL. I always check for bed bugs at every hotel I travel too since I have a child also. Lifted the covers and saw this filthy mattress covered in what looks like blood specks, also the floors are disgusting and looks like they have never been swept before plus trash on the floor and stains EVERYWHERE even on the walls. I could not leave quick enough! Definitely NEVER coming back! 1 star is being GENEROUS

I’m going to have nightmares about this hotel for a long time. I don’t even know where to start. This was the DIRTIEST hotel I have ever been in MY LIFE. The floor was filthy, the sheets were dirty and stained. One of our beds had wet sheets () the shower curtain had mold. Oh my god. This was absolutely insane. We arrived at almost 10 pm and had no option but to stay. I AM SHOCKED this is even open. This is literally a health hazard.

First, we were promised an early check-in at noon by the manager. Once at location, we were told we couldn't check in that early. The hotel smelled like stale rotten musk when you walked through the front door. We reserved two non-smoking rooms, However they were not. The window in one of the rooms would not close all the way and lock. Phones wouldn't work to call to the desk.

Customer service refused to help in any way.

Terrible! We couldn't even get in our room door, the office had to come and use their key to let us in. It was supposedly a non-smoking room, but the entire hotel smelled of smoke. Dingy and dirty, many of the lights in our room didn't work. Questionable elevator.... They obviously don't care about their property so why should anyone else? This was the only place we could find due to the hurricane evacuation, don't stay here unless you have no choice.

The rooms are very nice , very clean and all electronics worked . They also were very nice and economically priced which is a positive these days. Their staff were all very nice especially at the front desk. They also are very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions promptly. Thanks .
