We just bought a house in Terrace Heights a couple blocks away. We went twice for drinks, second time the order was wrong, but we let it go. Does bother me that we pre-tipped though.
Today we decided to try the food. My husband’s buffalo ranch wrap was ok, but had to pick off the cucumbers as they were old (grayed mush), this not only made a mess, it shrank the wrap considerably. Chicken was a bit dry. My croissant breakfast sandwich, without question went in the garbage…the sausage was beyond burnt, the egg had that brown over cooked taste to it, that gives eggs a bit of a metallic taste, and as a whole, it had the microwave appearance to its final prep…they killed the croissant, was chewy, not flakey and the cheese disappeared, because it was over heated. Again, pre-tip wasn’t deserved.
We’ll maybe stick to the drinks, there’s just not an element of freshness or quality of prep going into their foods. But as it sits, we’re not feeling encouraged to return.

I love meeting clients at C&S Coffeehouse. Order my coffee sit down and they bring it to me! I don’t have to wait at the counter or get up again. I can get right to giving my client my full attention. My daughter loves their BLTs and we have gone to different craft workshops and a holiday bazaar that was great for Christmas shopping! C&S Coffeehouse in Terrace Heights is a great spot!

Over $15 for a 16oz drip and a pretty small no frills breakfast burrito. Drip was lukewarm. Prices were nowhere to be seen inside and were much lower online.
The kind person serving me asked a million questions about my order and also didnt mention if they cost more.

I came today and picked up our regular order and I was charged 26$ for a bagel and a croissant sandwich with a redbull drink, they still got the order wrong when I went back they charged an additional 4$ for our bacon and cream cheese she said weren’t included in to our order, then proceeded to tell me she paid 500$ for 32 eggs and that they have a egg charge, what the heck never heard of that 16$ an egg? The math isn’t mathing your telling me it’s 32$ of egg for 2 eggs and you’re still making a profit? Never coming here again. Extremely disappointed. Last time I came my same order was under 16$ and was super good and this time was really mid.

I own and operate a business a couple blocks from the TH location. Cassie and her crew and space have been amazing as I grow my new business. I use her space for meetings and interviews. I use her food services frequently and always know that what I am sending to clients for thank yous, or ordering in for staff will be made well and taste great, and be timely. Cassie is amazing at getting things done last minute, where I seem to live, without any hit to quality or service. I cant thank her enough for her demeanor and ethics in the way she does business. And my kids love going in for breakfast too. Stop in for good food, good drinks, great atmosphere, and free books.

Love this place but last few coffees haven’t tasted right. Either the syrup they’ve been ordering has changed due to inflation, or the coffee isn’t right. Hopefully it’s temporary because I’ll miss going here but can’t afford coffee that seems off.
Can’t tell if it’s the beans or the syrups are expired.
Service is great, and food is great!

It’s the little things that count. I asked for a drink holder and the woman said I had to have at least three drinks. I was also carrying a bag with a bagel already so as I was walking out and holding the two drinks and the bag, the drink started leaking on the bag. If I Would have been given the drink holder like I asked I would have had two drinks in one hand and the bag in the other and wouldn’t have had that happen. Not somewhere I’ll be returning. Also, I already had drinks in my cars cup holders Which is why I needed the extra drink holder. There are so many coffee places in town. Difference is customer service.

C&S Coffee not only has great coffee, sandwiches, soup…… it also has friendly staff that give great service. The atmosphere is five star also.
