A nice little restaurant with 6 tables. The food is all made to order. You pick what you want, then you pick which type of rice and what type of beans (if any). Next you pick what type of meat you want, then on to toppings and sides as needed. I went for the burrito and it was very big, besides a drink, I am not sure I could have eaten any sides. The staff was super friendly and accommodating many special requests: salsa on the side, less of that, more of this, etc, etc. They have several drink choices; the soda fountain is refillable and they have bottles choices in the fridge.

Honestly we love the place and the atmosphere is nice, we have been going to ninos since they opened in Union Gap, but there is one guy who was working tonight who anytime he works is skimpy and communicates not impolite but really distant and short. I know this sounds harsh but literally every other employee has gotten nice tips and is generous or at least receptive to requests. An entree should not get a kids meal amount of meat, rice, and beans.

Anytime we walk in and see him, we will dine elsewhere. Acting like a disgruntled chipotle worker.

To be fair, there was one lady worse than him who gave us food poisoning, but we never saw her again so that has been rectified.

My family and I love ninos, but lately this location has been lacking. The last few times we've gone, our burritos sucked. They need to train the new employees better. My last burrito was rolled so poorly that the inside was all tortilla. As she was rolling it, she saw the tortilla split down the middle and continued to roll it. It ended up being short, fat, and hard to eat. Usually the burritos are longer with a decent thickness.

I honestly hate to even do this but I feel like I have to. I usually come around 2 pm because it’s slow then and they’re usually fast at taking and making my order. I went in today with my daughter to get some late lunch

There were 2 people working up front, a girl and a guy. The guy took our order and honestly seemed pretty dismissive of us being there. I asked for a side of rice and beans and he forgot to get it. I had to remind him after I had already paid for everything so then I had to pay again. Once I got my tacos they honestly seemed like they were skimping on the cheese so I brought it up but I could tell he wasn’t going to do anything about it so I just dropped it. He gave me a mechanical, sarcastic “thank you maam” at the end but seemed just fine talking to his coworker.

I’ve had sub par experience here before and was really hoping they had turned it around but I guess not. I won’t be back. The good food is not worth the weird /dismissive attitude I seem to get here. And they never answer their phone.

Love this place! They pressed and grilled their homemade flour tortillas right in front of you and they have a wide range of toppings for whatever item you order! You get a big portion for a great price and it's made quickly!

Excellent new location with the same great menu! Customer service is great and the new location makes it even more convenient to eat healthier Mexican cuisine in a hurry. It's like Mod for Mexican. 🙂

The food is amazing! If you’re going to try and call in an order I wouldn’t even bother. I’ve been put on hold numerous times for over 15 minutes. After you try to call back they’ll send you straight to a non set up voice mail. Service is awful if ordering through phone. Just go in an order. Don’t waste your time.

Great food, poor supply chain execution. Waited in line for at least 30 min before being attended, which took another 15 minutes due to the ill-prepared staff who were confused about simple food orders. Additionally, it appeared that they prioritized call in orders v serving their wait line, which would be fine if they advertised as such. If so, I would have just called in rather than waiting in a hot restaurant. Ultimately this place holds a lot of potential once they establish better management practices. Hope this serves as constructive feedback for my next visit! (:
