These folks got it and get it right. The smoked pork breakfast burrito is to die for. It's not expensive and it's waaaaaay better then any fast food in seaside. Their food is made with pride. Love the people and the great food. You all 🪨.

Went in to grab a hot cup of coffee. The dirty chai that they made me was one of the best I think I've ever had. That is my new quote" Starbucks!

We'd had a difficult first day of a month long trip. When we arrived at Bud's where we had a reservation for our class B rv the office staff was very friendly. We had to have an rv repairman come to our spot which they said was no problem. The next day the repairman had to come back. Then on top of the first issue I thought our refrigerator was going out. So the Bud's staff offered to let us put our food in their cooler. We did that.
The repairman finally fixed our rig and we realized our fridge was actually working so we were able to put the food back and head to our next destination.
Bud's staff is very pleasant and the restrooms are very clean. I highly recommend them.

Buds is a nice place, quiet for the most part as you are close to 101. We never noticed it much. Nice area to walk the pups. Staff is friendly and having the store there is handy. They BBQ Chicken and pork on the regular. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We had a middle spot which meant you either had to walk thru another spot (rude) or all the way around the end of the line. It could benefit from a walkway in the middle but other than that no issues. Not every spot has a fire pit but we were out and about so ofter, we didn't miss it.

Great little rv park. Good location, close to Seaside and Astoria. Very friendly staff. Clean washrooms. Men's toilets are tiny little things and if you're a bigger person, it's hard to get your backside centered on the seat without squishing your junk at the front. Definitely need bigger seats/toilets. I Imagine the women's are the same.

We never did have an opportunity to stay here... We showed up for the sand castle festival to tent camp and it was raining sideways with gusting winds. The owner was so sweet and understanding and decided to refund our stay. We were so grateful as that allowed us to find lodging in town and we went on to have a wonderful weekend when our kids arrived. 😊
