I came here kind of late at night which seemed to be a little creepy for the area. The service was nice though and our room was very clean and well stocked with coffee and water. Not too expensive as well so for the price it was solid. It’s still quite a walk from the beach but most everything here is. The best thing to do would be to drive down onto the beach!

Super clean, cute and great location! Absolutely walking distance to the beach and everything in town you could want to do. I had a king room and it was large and nicely decorated with cute furniture. Stayed off season and was really affordable for a winter get away. I'll definitely stay here again. Felt very safe and cozy. Staff was very accommodating with needing to change my reservation as well. Keurig coffee in room, fridge and microwave!

A great place to stay 👍🏼 not to expensive, had all the amenities you needed! One thing that kind of threw me off was the temperature of the room. It was really hot at night. But nothing a cracked window couldn’t fix!

Nice sized room with a king bed, table with chairs, large fridge, extra lounging chair with ottoman. Very clean, looks recently updated, lots of closet and drawer spaces. Front desk provided a water and food dish for our dog. Great indoor clam cleaning station. Walking distance to beach and everything downtown, we ate at Castaways which was a 3 minute walk away!

We decided to stay last minute after a clam digging and dinner and found this pet friendly place. We were in a King room and was able to have our dog. There was lots of space for her, and they even offered a doggy sheet and bowl at the desk if we didn't have something. There wasn't a pool or anything we'd want if we had the kids but this was perfect for us.
Besides the neighbors drunk and hollering at each other which quickly stopped it was an awesome stay.

2 minute walk from beach, the arcade, and scoopers. Less than a block away from marshes museum.
Great location! Great price!
The only downside is the breakfast, they don't have eggs or a waffle maker, but if you are aware of it not a big deal at all!

Perfect location right in the heart of town. Walking distance to every spot. Clam cleaning station s indoors, firepit, outdoor bbq stations and picnic tables. Rooms are well stocked for beach hotel/motel. Easy parking. Plenty of room indoors and out.

Awesome small beach hotel for the price. The location is fantastic as it is right by a beach entrance making it easy to walk to. It's located just off the main street and is near plenty of businesses. The rooms are nice and updated. There's a microwave and fairly large dorm fridge in the double queen rooms. We had a ground floor room and it was pretty quiet. They have all the typical amenities like a gated fire pit area, office with coffee and complimentary breakfast items (the smoked bacon/egg breakfast burritos are awesome), friendly and informative staff, and a clam cleaning station. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion brand they use is very nice. There were only a couple of things that I thought could be improved and that is the wafer thin soap coins they use (nice scent though) and the windows on the ground floor could use some light privacy curtains to go along with the regular ones so that the daylight comes through. It was oddly cold for a sunny July day so we had to use the heater and it worked very well. There wasn't really any view from our room but not a big deal at all for the price, location and proximity to just about everything. We hope to stay here again someday.
