30 dollars for 2 sandwiches that was so overly sauced was disgusting. It wasn't the firehouse standard. I've bought several subs over the years. It was due to the employees that made it. I guess they are making them like the like to eat it. Guess what it's how I order it. Bought yesterday around 11 am, September 28.go back and see who was working and fire them or fire them all. I won't be back to that firehouse sub. Messy, dripping of sauce, disgusting and as a owner you should be embarrassed. Pretty bad when subway looks like 5 stars to the crap you sold me.

Exceptional flavor, fresh food and fast service. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch medium sub on wheat. My husband had the beef cheddar brisket medium on wheat. We had a very short wait and the food was outstanding. I am glad we chose this restaurant for a quick bite.

Great sandwich shop. Subs have lots of meat. Wife and I split a large sub and it's plenty. Our goto for fast lunch. Curbside carryout is great to and sometimes preferred since seating area can get crowded. We use the app and get free stuff often

Went there at 19:00 to grab something to eat which it was 2 HOURS before closing and they were out of tea so I asked the cashier if she can make some then her response was like no we’re not making any because if we make some the rest will be wasted, really? Is that how you answer a customer? They were really rude and didn’t even ask if I was going to dine in or take it to go they just decided to make to go so they don’t have to clean and it’s still 2 hours for closing and there’s still people coming in.
Really bad experience and would never go there again.

I ordered 2 meatball subs. They have a male employee with long hair on the top and it's shaved on the sides. He stood in the middle of where food is prepared and proceeded to brush his hands through his hair (the long part) for at least 2 mins. Literally brushing and pulling on his hair. I was bothered by the gesture. I was really bothered when he moved over to where the meatballs were uncovered doing the same thing. My food was already made at this time. I proceeded to say something, he heard me and quickly put his hat back on. Even if the food is covered, he should have did that in a different area. That's nasty. If he is sweating he should go to the bathroom, do whatever he needs to do, and wash his hands.

I came here to eat with my mom and I got a meatball sub and she got a hook and ladder , when cutting our sandwiches they did not change the knife or clean it … she ended up with marinara off of my sandwich on hers because they used the same knife. When asked what was on her sandwich they smiled and said “oh marinara” DISGUSTING get it together!

Picked up a large order for corporate lunch and every single item was wrong. Order was placed online, most sandwiches had special requests (no mayo, no tomato, etc) and when I got back to the office, that's when I saw how much was wrong. Tried to call them and rectify, but they refused to do anything about it. Told me I'd have to bring every single item back. Why would I do that Get it right the first time, pay attention to what's ordered. Unacceptable!
