My husband and I had a wonderful extended stay and I must say the staff is warming and welcoming. The only dislike was having to wash our own comforter. Great pricing and love the stay over feature that allows us to stay another night or two at the original rate even for the weekend there wasn't an upcharge. Love the upgraded rooms!

I stayed at this hotel for approximately 5 months and really enjoyed being there. The weekly amount is reasonable compared to paying nightly at other hotels, the rooms are nice and the property is well kept and maintained. Another big plus is the properties GM Kathryn, she is great and does an excellent job running the hotel.

The rooms are not terrible but everything else is. There is a full size frig which is the only plus to the place. The stove top has two burners half the diameter of a medium pan. The internet is good. My biggest problem with the place is the doors don't open when the temp is <45. You need to call maintenance who will come over with a hair dryer to warm up your lock so you can get in your room. (not kidding about this). The manager seems to think this is normal and acceptable. (not kidding about this either). They offer a teaser rate to get you in then raise it once you are there and claim to not know what a bait and switch tactic is. There is a lot of room for improvement.The final straw is now instead of not being able to unlock the door when it's cold, the door won't lock. You don't need your key card to enter. Just come on in. No thank you, Bye.

Overall I had a good experience while staying there. The room was great with a comfortable bed and more counterspace than any other extended stay place I've stayed in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It would be better if the office were open on Sundays for better access as I worked Monday thru Saturday and it was inconvenient to leave work at lunchtime to extend my stay. Also, 11:00 to 7:00 is very limited time to be open. Should be open 12 hrs, 8 to 8 maybe.
