We just purchased a new-to-us motorhome and this was our maiden voyage. We found Vista Park to be absolutely amazing! The location was quiet and the scenery was beautiful. We had reserved a spot right on the Columbia River so we could watch the ships go by, and we were not disappointed. The staff were extremely helpful and informative, and check-in was a breeze. We will definitely be going back here again.

Nice campground right on the Columbia River. It is clean and the camp host is engaged. Lots of stuff for kids to do and has tennis courts (I've never seen tennis courts at a campground). Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Could use more showers though. Will probably stay here again.

Vista Park campground seemed idyllic and a perfect place for a family reunion. The views are majestic, its right on the Columbia river with a beach and it has a lot to offer for families. I say this is a good place for RVers because it is incredibly windy!!! Tent camping is not pleasant here. Its breezy in the morning and by the evening there are gale force winds. You cannot sit and enjoy conversation, play cards, eat your meal, set up a net for games or take a nice calm walk on the beach. You are battered and beaten by the wind every day. And this was in the summer! The park host could do a better job of policing the campground and the managers could do a better job of making sure the bathrooms have toilet paper and paper towels and that the bathrooms are clean. The shower room door is not secure. Unsafe for women and children. The allowable smoking area is in front of the one of the womens' bathroom. Dogs are not leashed here and may use your campsite and your tent as a toilet. They are not good at enforcing quiet hours. There can be thunderstorms and lightening here. Mother Nature is on display and it's amazing to watch - if you're in an RV, cabin or Yurt. Hope the Port can make this campground better, but we wont be coming back any time soon.

I go there once a year for social gatherings unfortunately I have to change my review due to the fact that the price of their rental spaces have gone up but yet they have a very bad infestation of goat thistle you figure for what you're paying to camp there you would not have to leave there with your clothing and everything covered in prickly stuff it takes forever to get off and in some cases you just might as well throw your shoes away in my case I had to it definitely not recommend this place like I used to unfortunately I would be willing to change my review if they could take that extra money that they are charging and actually spray and get rid of their goat thistle probably won't be back

Love this place. We have made it a tradition for the past 6 years Labor Day weekend to
Come camp here. Great location and. The river is close by. The field has a bunch of pokies in it but I wouldn’t dock my 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ just because of that. It makes it apart of our memories and our experience there. Looking forward to coming back this weekend!!!!

Great little place. Been making great memories for years here now! All the different camp sites and great location on the Columbia river make this is a go to on our family’s summer camping list. The employees are even nice.

Great campsite. Pleasant staff and all around enjoyable camping trip.

Only 2 cons I have is lack of shade on alot of sites during summer, and locks on the showers need some attention for privacy.

We will be returning next summer.
