The staff here was great, and attentive. We had a queen bed room with the loft. I really wanted a balcony but thought it was fine as long as we had the ocean view from the loft. Well, the windows are SO dirty you cannot see out of them, so I wouldn’t consider it “ocean view.” Overall though it was a good stay and right on the beach. We spent most of our time walking around anyways so it was mostly just a place to sleep! I would stay again.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The parking garage is nice and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and accomidating, we asked for extra blankets and got them right away. Bonus having Mo's downstairs. Could the rooms use a bit of updating? Sure, bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but the room was clean. This isn't a big chain with millions for immediate upgrades, so I will definitely be back to check out the progress they make. We had a great stay, I loved loved loved our balcony.

Had a balcony room with an ahmazing view of the ocean! Rooms are cute and cozy. The hotel was lovely with great service! The pool/gym is open 24 hours which is such a cool feature! Really enjoyed staying here it is so easy to access everything fun in seaside because it's all within walking distance! For the price it was definitely a good experience staying here! Shout out to Bailey one of the staff at the front desk for being so kind and helpful to us!

We are here for 3 days, the view is perfect, room is large and very clean. Our full kitchen is great. We will rebook, the balcony is also perfect. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and they are remodeling. The staff was very caring and wanting your visit to be perfect.

When we arrived into our room (which was oceanside with balcony), the smoke detector was beeping loudly. Maintenance had to replace it, which was fine. We had to shove towels behind the fridge because it was noisy. This place is so outdated. They use air freshners to mask other odors. It was so strong that it gave me an asthma attack and I felt sick after 3 hours. The patio door was hard to open and close and there isn't a lock! Not very safe in my eyes. The pictures on their website are definitely edited. Elevators are so slow, I thought we were going to get stuck. This place feels dirty and unsafe. After 3 hours we checked out and went to a hotel in Astoria. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don't trust the 5 star reviews. This place is a sensory nightmare for anyone who is neurodivergent.

I would be justified giving 2-stars for the room, however, management is clearly doing everything they can to improve the place with fervor. I give 5-stars for their efforts and progress. They were transparent about renovating during our stay and offered options. We declined. But kudos; we barely noticed it.

My wife and I lived in Warrenton for four years; we know Seaside well. The hotel's location can't be beat...at all. The parking, alone, is worth the price of admission. Great people behind the counter.

It's not the most quiet place and that's to be expected. It's a tourist hotspot and "manners" vary (not a gripe on the hotel at all, just prepare yourself).

Our suite had a fully-functional kitchen with dishwasher and dishes, an "apartment sized" fridge, a stove/range, and all the things needed to serve a meal. We would absolutely stay here again. In fact, we want to enjoy a post-renovation Inn.

The front desk of this hotel was one of the best I have ever been serviced under. From Michael the Manager to the night gentleman Paul, the young woman that made our dogs feel so welcome Hannah, to my favorite, Bailey, who worked so hard to help us pull off a surprise birthday party for my wife and help us upgrade and move our room closer to our friends on a very busy, spring break weekend. From start to finish, top-notch, caring, professional, and above and beyond the call of service. I can tell when employees gel together and are led the right way. Highly recommend staying here. Now the elevator on the other hand...

My family and I booked the most deluxe room available—a beachfront two-queen bed suite with a full kitchen—expecting a comfortable and functional stay. We brought a cooler filled with meals, planning to use the stovetop. Unfortunately, only one of the four burners was operational, and even that burner couldn’t bring a pot of water to a boil after an hour. Despite maintenance’s attempts to fix the issue, it remained unusable, forcing us to eat out for all our meals and waste much of our food.

While I understand that Promenade Inn and Suites is undergoing renovations, the overall condition of our room was disappointing. The blow dryer had been removed, leaving only holes in the wall. There were no sink or tub plugs, making it impossible to bathe our toddler. The fireplace stopped working during our stay, and the heater vent beside it was covered in layers of dust and peeling paint. The wallpaper was bowing, the sliding door tracks were filthy, and an unexplained blue liquid was dripping down the door.

Had these been minor inconveniences, I would have been more understanding given the ongoing updates. However, after raising concerns about the kitchen and tub at checkout, I was offered only a 15% discount—hardly sufficient given the significant disruptions to our stay. Unfortunately, this left a sour impression on what should have been an enjoyable trip.
