We really enjoyed our relaxing stay. We loved the view and being right on the promenade! We were at the quieter end of town, but still walking distance to things. The room was great, which even had a gas fireplace and small kitchenette with some dishes and silverware. Great winter rates.

This location is perfect. We could sit on the balcony and have perfect view of the beach and ocean. The beds were comfortable and the room is modern and lovely.

So unfortunately I didn't have a chance to stay at the property. I booked it in advance for a birthday celebration and received a call the day of check in saying that the property can't check in guests. There wasn't really an explanation as to what has happened and this is the first time that I've encountered this. I booked this room through Expedia and had to go through Expedia to request a refund. I might be speculating, but I think that the hotel might have booked out the room for someone else at a higher cost. I might be wrong, but it was still disappointing to have this happen and look for a different hotel last minute at a higher cost. From the outside the property did look nice and it's a pity I didn't have a chance to stay there.

Very nice property. Great views. Clean room. I was very happy with our experience. Unfortunately, we lost power during our stay, but even with a storm happening, it was pleasant. Walking distance to the ocean. Walking path along the beach directly into heart of shops.

I booked our room based off the view & photos from their website, then read the reviews which made me a little bit nervous as they were mixed. Here's what I have to say:||PROS: The view was amazing. I loved being able to see the ocean & had it been warmer I would have loved to sit on the deck while reading my book. We had one nice day and we loved being able to just walk out the door & head down the prom. It was a fantastic walk. We loved how spacious the room was. The pillows & bed were cozy and comfy, although they are in need of a new mattress as there were divots that you fell into while sleeping.||CONS: The place definitely has some deferred maintenance. I noticed lots of peeling paint & exposed wood on the outside of the property where rot is starting due to the damp climate of the coast. The deck outside our room had boards that had chunks out of them & in time are going to be a hazard. The furniture while nice has seen better days with some tears in one of the chairs and the decorative pillows on the couch.||Overall this is was a great choice for us, as the view was what we were looking for. We certainly would NOT book a room here during the summer months as there is no A/C and with the summer sun hitting the windows the room would heat up quickly.

It was clean and very charming. Beautiful view. It's minoot but, the coffee was horrible. The parking is tight, thankfully we drove our car. It was quiet and very peaceful. Check in was confusing, you have to drive to another motel a little over a mile away, however the room I requested upon making the reservation over the phone was not the room we we checked in to. The inn was completely booked up so we couldn't get another room. That was disappointing. Make sure you know which room you are reserving.

We stayed here in the early days, when there was on-site management, hot soup in the lobby, friendly people, etc. There was a nice table and chairs by the window. Now there is a sofa sleeper not facing the view. |The place was fairly empty but we had a noisy bunch above us.....and when they showered, bathed or flushed, the water noise was startlingly loud, I had to check our bathroom at one point because it sounded like water was gushing into our room. |On returning from a long walk, our cardkey would not work, tho we were staying a second night. We had to drive across town to the motel where we checked in. The person didn't ask for any ID, didn't apologize for the inconvenience, just handed over a new key. |Won't stay here again, there are plenty of other options.

The fireplace will create a blazing inferno. The beds are top notch, the tub is very nice and clean, but the coffee pot didn't work.
