I was skeptical being from the New Orleans area and only to Café Desmond. Almost like home. The only differences are the beignets are cookie cutter square, dipping sauces, and lots more choices of drinks. Outside seating. Dog friendly. Outside dog water bowl and snacks. Only street parking. In downtown walking area.

The beignets were great! We also got the syrup to dip them in, blackberry and pumpkin spice cream cheese - both were good but the blackberry was out of this world! I would absolutely stop in again, also very child friendly.

We had the traditional order of three-beignets with butter cream syrup. They were wonderful! We also had their creole style coffee with chicory. It was great as well!! I look forward to visiting Mo' Bay Beignet when we're back in Mobile. Great addition to Dauphin Street.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and there was no wait. Service was prompt and friendly.
I've never had a dipping sauce before so I tried the butter creme and Mardi Gras (like a cream cheese based sauce)
I LOVED the butter cream one. Highly recommend.
The not so good thing I can say is, all the tables were covered with powdered sugar. For there to have been only 4 customers there, I would've expected someone to have taken the time to clean the tables off from the previous people.

Food this tasty gem while looking for a quick breakfast treat. It was a short walk from our hotel. Beignets were warm and tasty. Great drink selection including iced coffees, teas and lemonade.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’d give Mo’Bay Beignet 100/5 stars if I could! Whenever I come to visit Mobile, this is my #1 destination. The beignets are homemade from a family recipe and taste beautiful along with the syrups (chef’s kiss: strawberry, Cinnamon, Raspberry and more) and the staff are so caring and energetic. Shoutout to them!!
Little gem I’d go to everyday if I could.
In the shop, there are many stories about the past of the company if you are curious!
