Absolutely lovely local coffee shop. It's a great place to meet friends or just drive through. A good balance of sweet, fun drinks and more serious coffees. Prices are very reasonable.

I had a great experience here!

5 stars for the coffee - (didn't try any food). Really good latte.
4 stars for the service - not super friendly but not rude either - good, not great
5 stars for the atmosphere - loved the inside! Clean, comfortable, and spacious.
4 stars for the prices - wish they were just a bit cheaper but not bad

Cute little coffee shop with delicious drinks and food. Service was fast and friendly. Pricing is also cheaper than other shops I've been to. Will be back. One of the better coffee shops/cafés in Tri-Cities.

Kozy Kup may serve great coffee, but the experience is consistently ruined by employees mopping an hour before closing. Coffee doesn’t mix well with the overpowering smell of chemical cleaners and the wet floors create a serious safety hazard- there is always WAY too much water. This has happened repeatedly—why not clean after closing instead of making customers endure the mess? Someone will slip one day!

Super generic place.
Muffin tasted something you get from costco, nothing authentic or special vendor.
Ordered also the kream kup. All I asked was half sweet, but no. They had to drop half a bottle of sweetener in my 20oz.

Not impressed with the drink or the food.

I will not be coming back here.

I bought a Frappuccino and asked for a remake because there was too much ice. Instead of remaking they reblended it. I doubt they cleaned the pitcher and utensils before or after. Seems like the first employee wanted to make a new drink but her co-worker wouldn’t allow it. Not the first time these issues have occurred so we won’t be back. Pictured: a blended drink that looks like mashed potatoes and a drink where we asked for lite whip.

Have had two meetings in this location: they are friendly and the coffee is great. I love the chill atmosphere. Will be going here often! Great seating with lot’s of space.
