WOW. Frost Me Sweet understood the assignment. We asked them to make a rodeo themed cake, as well as two smash cakes, for my twins’ first birthday. I am not a huge cake person and these were the best cakes I’ve ever tasted, and the designs were exactly what we wanted. They also made the cutest cake topper! The staff was super responsive, and Megan (manager) was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

We have been going to FMS since they opened. Not sure what happened to the service, but it was not good, rude in fact by the guy at the counter getting our pick-up food (attitude). Then we get our food, and again, what happened? We spent $50 for two items at lunch, small portions, lasagna was cold in the middle and the burger was just super plain/nothing to it. The food was no taste, and basic, not what we were used to there. We didn't even finish it. Not sure we will be back, disappointing because this was one of our favs.

A lovely location, nice wait staff, and a fun and unique menu. Didn't try the cocktails this time but they looked great.

I got the duck bahn mi though since it came so highly recommended and it was ok at best. The hoagie roll was a poor choice, immediately giving out and falling apart, the duck was dry, the honey mustard was a pervasive flavor and yet the sandwich felt like it could use more sauce. While most of this is personal opinion, I would very much look into using a demi baguette or ciabatta, especially considering this is a bakery.

We met friends for lunch. The atmosphere was conversational so I gave 4 stars. The meals were prepared with an artistic flair. My sweet potato lasagna was very tasty with balanced amount of Italian spices and a sweet red sauce. The sweet potato slices were not cooked and I had difficulty cutting with a knife. The house salad was fresh and blue cheese dressing amazing. Garlic pesto bread was a delightful accompaniment. Two friends enjoyed the yellow curry dish and it looked delicious. One guest had duck confit bahn mi that was delicious and fresh to the taste but watch the jalapenos as this sandwich was very zippy and flaming hot. Another guest had the cod sandwich with brioche bun, fries and salad. We also stopped by their bakery and bought some chocolate cupcakes to take home. The menu is one of a kind. Paninis, salads, curry, sweet potato lasagna and a few after 5pm entrees. The staff was okay but not accommodating and cold. The restaurant wasn't full probably 25% of capacity. Dining was clean. Inside and outside dining. Restaurant not kid friendly. Their acclaim is someone name Guy Fiereri did a Diners, Drive-ins and Dives show and featured two entrees. They show this on the menu. Not sure where this place fits into the DD&D but there you have it.

Nice staff but the cupcakes were kind of dry disappointingly over sweet and overpriced. The cheese cake tasted like a giant lump of sugar without much flavor but just over powered by the heavy handed sugar fairy. The duck banh mi was very unfresh, the meat was dry and overly sweet, again attacked by the sugar fairy. Not worth the price. The garlic fries were also very subpar dry , maybe from over frying or bad potatoes . I don’t believe I will return.

Cute place to eat. The food selection was amazing. I was visiting Washington on a business trip and ate here twice. The first time I had the sweet potato lasagna, brussel sprouts, and a cupcake. The sweet potato lasagna was so good! My next trip to Washington I stopped here again and ordered the chicken, carrot, ginger soup and I also had a house salad. The soup was so good!
