This hotel is nice, modern, clean, and has great staff that provided great service. It is in a nice part of town and is in a great location. It is just far enough off the highway and main streets that you aren't bothered by traffic noise. It is just a minute or two from all kinds of shopping and restaurants. They have a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. They also have a well equipped workout room. There is also a business center and several conference rooms. They also have a very nice breakfast but it isn't free.

Positive: Location is good Negative: Hotel needs a room update! Rooms are old and dated. Bed is old and furnishings are too. Breakfast was terrible even though a chef is on site. Food was old as if it had been sitting out for some time. Warm temp, not hot and I left the hotel around 8am.

Forgive me, I just asked the young ladies at the front desk their names but the only one I can remember is Ella. I travel to Tri Cities for work regularly and I’ve stayed at several different hotels and I have officially found my home! Food and breakfast isn’t complementary but honestly hotels with complementary breakfast are usually not that great of places to stay (but definitely those types of places are needed! Not knocking them but for work travel I’m happy to pay for my food. The food is good btw! Nice people everywhere you look! Clean rooms ! I can’t ask for more out of this type of hotel!!

We checked in this evening. Upon arriving to our room there was hair on the fitted sheet of one bed, and the toilet was clogged. Customer service was incredibly difficult to reach, and it took roughly an hour before they handed us a plunger to fix the toilet 😂 If there’s any remaining question, I’d like to clarify. Customer service brought a plunger to our room, handed it to my husband, and said “set it outside of the door when you’re finished”. We have a very early morning, we sat in our room fully dressed, and waited an hour to plunge a toilet that was inoperable when we arrived. While we are visiting on business, we did not expect it to include dirty bedding and plunging toilets.

I would like to thank the staff at this hotel for providing an incredibly relaxing bed, and wonderful breakfast the next morning to start my road trip.||The hotel was super clean (staff takes pride in it). The area's that I visited smelt wonderful without being overpowering. The breakfast staff was engaging without being overbearing. Had a great conversation.||Overall - a very pleasant stay, and I will stay again when I am in the area.

Very disappointing. I reserved months in advance and specifically at this location because of adjoining rooms. I called the day prior to check in to make sure i could still get adjoining rooms and i was told “absolutely- we have you in two adjoining rooms”. we get to the hotel and i am told they can see the note about the adjoining rooms but the don’t have any available. If they would have told me that the day prior i would have cancelled. This is the definition of really poor customer service- lying to customers does not get you repeat business. Will no longer use Hilton.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the fitness room and pool area are clean and safe, the lobby is nicely decorated for the holiday season, a Hot Chocolate Station is set up in the lobby with whipped cream and marshmallows. I've stayed here several times and would recommend the hotel if you are in the area.
