Great spot. It's close to the mall and restaurants. The rooms were very clean. It was a very quiet place even being next to a rail road. The train didn't come by until 7am.
I will stay here again because of the customer service. They were attentive and made sure to accommodate me.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed a great stay. Front staff people were very friendly and polite. Cookies and milk were nice in the evening. Breakfast was tasty and good way to start day. Pool was not to crowded so that was nice also. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.

This was a pleasant stay! Quiet, clean, comfortable. Everything you'd want for a hotel stay was here. The pool and hot tub are nestled in an indoor/outdoor closed glass terrarium if you will. I sat in the jacuzzi admiring the beautiful snow topped trees thru the glass windows, while my son practiced his shooting for his tournament IN the pool using the basketball hoop they have set up! SO FUN! Continental breakfast was exceptional, everything was CLEAN, staff was very nice! AND to top it off, the rate was much cheaper than the comps in the area, without sacrificing service or amenities! 10/10 recommend, and will be convincing our whole basketball team to stay here in the future, as we frequent the area often!

The stay was okay besides the kids running up and down the hall all night till about 10 pm. The hot tub was okay besides the kids running between the pool and hot tub while the kids parents wasn’t doing anything but drinking and ignoring them, other then those issues and hitting my foot on the wood by the bed which was unsafe but other then that it was a good stay very comfortable mattress and close to shopping center and food places. I would recommend this place to others as we stay here often.

Holiday Inn Express in Richland had friendly and helpful staff. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hot tub and pool area was nice. Breakfast had a number of choices and rotated daily. I wish the lighting would have been brighter in the rooms this is only do to the fact that I was working, if I had been a leisure stay it would have been fine.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Parking lot was nice. Breakfast ladies were super sweet and Jessica at the front desk super nice too. The pool was a little sketch and we didn't use it but other than that for being out of town nice place

Super spacious room with a big big BIG bath tub! Even a walk out balcony and large separate living room in case you have guests visiting and this way they don't have to sit on your bed, there's a couch and dining table in the kitchen area with 2nd large flat screen tv . and the indoor pool was the coolest thing
I've seen around here (tricities). Wish I could have afforded to stay longer. Room was roughly $250/night..

Great location, great service, great value, we had a great breakfast, we also enjoyed the milk and cookies in the evening. We were very happy with our stay. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I really liked the set up it felt outdoors but was still inside and warm during the winter.
