Being used to staying at 2-3 star hotels, this met my expectations nicely.

The drive to the hotel was good, as it was not too hard to cross traffic, and the hotel was visible from far enough away that it was not hard to get into place for it.

The staff are very friendly, prompt, and helpful. We were able to check in prior on my phone, so that made the process easier.

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. It could have just been this room in particular, but the way the shower curtain rod was mounted caused the curtain to slide, soaking the floor. Not a big deal, but still obnoxious.

Breakfast was served every morning from 7-9, and was great. There was a variety, and plenty of it. The hotel was not too busy, which is nice considering that the stay was Friday-Sunday.

I would recommend this hotel if you're in the area!

The pool and hot tub(I saw a review on Expedia that hot tub was out of order three days ago but now it’s available) were amazing! The water was really clean and water temp was perfect. My girls(4,5yr old) spent 2 hours swimming and enjoying hot tub. The room was clean and neat, and got all we needed. We totally recommend this place and will come back again for sure!

Overall our stay was good. We booked two rooms and they were about three doors apart, it would have been nice to have them side by side. The rooms are little small, but clean. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection. It would have been nice to have hot chocolate in the breakfast area. They could have restocked the food more often.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning. The facility has a nice sauna, swimming pool, and hot tub. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Centrally located for going sight seeing. I highly recommend staying here if you come to the Tri-Cities area.

The room was clean and warm when we got in(9° outside and snowing). We enjoyed the pool. Only suggestion is to get a rug that runs across the lobby. Very slick coming out of the pool area. The lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was free and decent. Vending machine was not over priced. Lots of Ice machines around. And my favorite thing was noone was overly "helpful". Seriously will stay here again!

Management- do better about not blocking rooms on top of rooms!!! Hotel occupancy was very low during my stay, parking lot empty. All rooms were blocked at the end of hall next to housekeeping closet. No reason I should have heard toddlers running all over above me on a Monday night (called the front desk at 10 & 10:30pm)
You are putting the Convenience of your housekeeping staff over your guest. Do better!!!

Clean room but I asked for a first floor room then noticed next day that apparently price was higher but I wasn’t told that when I asked for the room on first floor. Would have been nice to know. Still nice stay. Was also a good breakfast with many choices.

We stayed here when visiting the area to see my bonus kid play basketball. My son lost his beloved bath/pool toy during our stay. The first two people we asked to check lost and found didn’t check and said it wasn’t there and said they’d check and call but never got back to us, respectively. We asked one last time before leaving and Maria saved the day! It wasn’t in lost and found, and after we explained the trouble with the first two people not even looking or following through, Maria was very apologetic and looked immediately. We explained why we were looking so hard. That he’d had it since he was two (he’s 13) and he was very upset to have lost it. As we were getting into the car, Maria came out carrying his toy! She went above and beyond and dropped what she was doing to check the pool filters and found it!!! My son was ecstatic and so was I. I had warned him not to bring something to precious to him on a trip in case he lost it and boy did he learn his lesson! THANK YOU MARIA!!!!
