Positive: The rooms are older but they're very clean and nice. Housekeeping is polite and respectful as is the rest of the staff including the manager! Negative: The breakfast could mix it up a litlte more.

WE came over to visit my sone and daughter in law. This suite had plenty of room for us to talk and visit. My grandson had plenty of room to run and play without feeling over crowded. The breakfast nook was well stocked with a variety of toast, fresh waffles, yogurt, cereals, and a variety of hot and cold beverages. We had an issue with the toilet, but it was easily remedied. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The location to Columbia Center is very close, so with a short drive are a number of various restaurants and other activities. I would definitely come back for a large budget-priced motel room.

Very disappointed! Checked in to our room after a long day of driving, desperately wanting to shower and sleep. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. Called down asked for help, only to find out the knobs on the shower were installed incorrectly and you have to find the sweet spot in the handle in order to get the slightly warmer water. On top of it all, the shower drain plug would not stay open so we were forced to shower in standing water. Not the end of the world, but seemed to be a big inconvenience to the staff when asked to fix it. After one attempt at a shower, the rest of our family decided it was not worth the trouble and to just get a good nights sleep. We went to lay down only to find stains on the bedding, pillows that were beyond battered, and a hide a bed with the worst mattress I have ever seen or touched. The springs could be seen pushing up against the sheets, and squeaked for days! We tried taking the cushions from the couch to make a bed on the floor only to find them just as uncomfortable as the actual mattress. We squeezed three teenagers into the king size bed, and no one slept well. In the morning while checking out, we tried to explain our concerns to the front desk, only to be told there was nothing they could do about it, and it really felt like they didn’t care. We asked if a manager was available to escalate our concerns and they said the manager wasn’t on duty so there was nothing that could be done. When asked how to get ahold of the manager, she said we would need to come back or call when he is working, and his next shift was at 11pm the next evening. You want us to come back or call at 11pm to rectify this? She said YES! We asked if there was anyone else that could help, and we were promptly told no. I would not recommend staying here, and if you choose to do so, plan ahead and bring your own pillows, bedding, shower, mattresses, ear plugs, and anything else you can manage to fit in your car!

GREAT OPTION!! Very impressed with Comfort Inn, puts the nearby Fairfield to shame with their friendly and helpful staff, nice manager and even the owner was helpful. For the price, you’d be hard pressed to beat this location!
The hotel itself is older but very CLEAN and has been taken care of. And the daily breakfast always has lots of options and feels very friendly. If you want the best deal on a hotel in tricities stay here!

Positive: Nothing Negative: The pool and hot tub were out of order, the bed was awful it was hard like sleeping on a board, the room was stuffy, the breakfast was gross so we didn?t eat. The manager made excuses about the pool being closed. Won?t stay there again.

Wow. I got a great room at a great price. The Hotel is like brand new. The only off thing was when I got to my room, the sheets and blankets had not been put on the bed. I think it just had been over looked. The gals at the front desk were super polite and apologetic and when I came back from dinner, they handled the whole thing. Leave great tips for great service and attitude! Pleasure to stay here and look forward to staying there next time I'm in town for work or fun.
