The rooms have stove tops, nice!!!
The staff tries hard, but sometimes they skip a room when cleaning. I can't really blame them but have to be fair on the ratings, and this is one of the criteria. location is amazing. It is right on a main road, grocery stores and gas stations on both sides, and super close l, only a 10 second drive on. The one side. So out of 15 stars total, it gets a 14 stars. A really nice score.

My favorite place to stay. The Continental breakfast is perfect! Love the room with 2 exceptions. 1) the floor didn't feel clean, it was sticky, like cleaner residue sticky, and 2) the pillows aren't like they used to be. Too hard, it was hard to get comfortable enough to go to sleep.

Good enough place to stay. Felt safe as a solo traveler. Appreciated that is was pet friendly. Room was spacious and clean but had an odd smell. Lots of noise from upper guest walking back and forth from 3-4 am made it tough to sleep. Noticed the smoke detector was taken apart when I was leaving in the morning.

My husband and I have business in Pasco and have stayed here more than once.|Everything is always clean and the staff goes out of their way to meet any needs we might have. |I had to work in the room and it was spacious and very nice. We expect to return to Pasco, and this will definitely be the hotel where we will stay.

Me and my husband stayed here for a full month for work. The staff are very kind, polite, and very accommodating. The staff work very hard at keeping hallways and outside neat and tidy. The house keepers are amazing. The room was always clean, and we always had fresh towels. They also have Amazing Security officer that patrols the parking lot all night. The price is very reasonable . We did the Weekly Rate of $85 for a 2 queen bed with a kitchenette. They are also Pet friendly .

Will definitely be my top choice in TriCity area for value and comfort.

1) Front desk helped with
Priceline's glitch. Shout out to Night Clerk!
2) Beds, sheets, room - All at 100% fresh and clean
3) 2 story walk up interiors was on 1st floor middle - quiet room, clean halls, no smells
4) Breakfast 6 to 9 with eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, cereal, breads, yogurt, fruit, waffles, juice, coffee, tea.
5)If needed washer/dryer, microwave, suites have 2 burner stove, and fullsize fridge.
6) Rooms are updated in tile, counters, paint, but these are made for extended stays. So furnishings may not be cookie cutter exact.

Walked in my room to the stench of cigarettes, ripped up carpet, disgusting windows and just the feel of filth. Paid for the suite and was so disappointed with cleanliness that I checked out and got a different hotel.

Positive: It was clean. Negative: There was a domestic dispute at about 1:30 am that went on way too long before it was resolved. It was not just in the room but out in the hallway.
