Room is spacious. The bed sloped on one side, but was still pretty comfortable. We were told that we probably shouldn't park behind the hotel, even though it was closer to our room. We didn't ask why.

Employees are nice but rooms are often dirty and are in need of updating. Carpets should be removed and replaced with hardwood or vinyl to improve cleanliness. Bathrooms need to be renovated, toilets should be larger. Shower faucets don't spray correctly and are in need of cleaning. Hair and brown stains found on brand new sheets. Major updates needed to make staying here pleasant and clean. Took a blacklight to the room and was horrified by what I saw.

Stayed here for a work trip. Overall, the hotel itself, likely would’ve been unremarkable and not worth a review. Why I am posting a negative review is because I cannot get my bill corrected and I work for a government agency and therefore also can’t get reimbursed.

We had requested extending one night and heard nothing confirming this extension. I then asked upon check-in if they have me for another night because we requested an extension to which I was told that they did not extend my trip for another night. To ensure everything came out right I also asked for my bill upon checking out to which I was informed they would email and could not print me out a copy. I do not believe they sent this email until after my admin had been pestering for some time. The hotel claims that I was a no-show for the final night that I was told the room was not available and they charged us for that night. The bill also does not match the amount they charged for the base three nights that I did stay. My admin has contacted many times and has been unable to get this resolved. I do not recommend this place, especially if traveling for business.

This place is disgusting. I stay here about 2 or 3 times a week for work(not by choice). Almost every time I find hair in the clean bed sheets. I've found brown stains on the sheets before as well. I've also found blood on the carpet. There was dirt inside the ac unit. The rooms need major repairs. There's mold in the bathrooms. I get a bad cough when I stay here as well. There's alot of sketchy people at this hotel as well. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff are nice and friendly and try There best to help. This place need to be renovated and hardwood floors put in. Carpet doesn't belong in hotels!

We had a emergency we needed to attend to and liked the rates, however breakfast the first morning the eggs tasted like they had cleaner in them, many people complained, them as we were leaving we noticed 1 of the beds had bed bugs in it. Normally I check for them the second we get in the room but was so tired after driving 12 hours to get here we just went to bed. Also the redhead lady at the desk is pretty spicy. However management seemed to care when we brought the bed bugs to hos attention

The staff were so friendly and the room was very clean! Plus, it’s right across the way from the Toyota center, so it was easy to get back to after our show.

Been staying here for work travel trip. Don’t let the outside fool you, this is a top notch hotel! The breakfast is not free unless you have a special reservation, however it is fully cooked! They have taco Tuesday for $2.50 per taco, and they were the best I have ever had. It has an older rustic feel to it, however, it’s amazing!!

We ve stayed at other Red Lion Hotel and they were decent, but this one.... I was sadly disappointed. This room was filthy. There were stains on the furniture, carpets and curtains. The furniture must be 30 years old. It was worn, dark, stained, and dirty. The pillows were terrible. The mattress must be as old as the hotel because it was like sleeping on an old piece of wood.

The gal at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. The outdoor sign was not lit so without a map, we would've missed it.
There's no lighting outside which made for a dark parking lot. The list goes on and on.

Save your money and go down the street.
