Revel 77 tries hard and misses the mark. Their retail location poorly executes in most aspects and falls short of the kind of excellence a coffee connoisseur expects from a speciality roaster. Most importantly, their staff fails to expertly bring out the flavors and aromas of their coffee and the drinks and foods come out mediocre at best. My coffee tasted like hot water with flavoring.

It's a shame because objectively they have admirable roasts and I have enjoyed some of their offerings at home but the retail space lacks. It's not just busy but chaotic. The space is poorly designed and utilized and creates a messy traffic jam and noisy atmosphere. The end of the bar in their food prep space was a disaster and the food takes too long to produce just to end up with bland drinks.

Maybe the menu needs rethinking and they should focus on improving their coffee and cleaning up the whole space. The customer experience suffers so much but I'd hate to see good roasts go away

Revel 77 is all about serving quality coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. Music was enjoyable and the space makes it easy to hang out and converse. Outside seating is very limited, but plenty of room inside. Avocado toast was excellent. If you order pour-over coffee be prepared to wait - but well worth it.

I had a spicy almond milk got chocolate. This place is nice. I like the calm vibes. Great place to read a book or catch up with a friend. There are plenty of options. & they make seasonal syrups!!! Tea is from Oregon. It’s a nice local place. I will be coming back. The owner is friendly & passionate about his business. Good customer service 👍🏾

I love revel 77! I go to Eclipse Yoga, which shares a parking lot, and have gotten all kinds of drinks and snacks at Revel 77! They have THE best matcha lattes and regular lattes with soy milk in all of Spokane (and I’ve done my research!). The foam is literally perfect. I’ve also gotten lovely teas from them. In addition, I’ve had every variation of their avocado toast (they have gluten free toast options for those with allergies!), as well as various sweet treats. They also support local small business and carry boots cafe vegan/gf cookies and scones. Lastly, I’ve never had a bad interaction with the staff! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming, and the ambiance of the space is wonderful for meetings or just catching up with a friend. 10/10 recommend Revel 77!

3 1/2 stars. The avocado toast with poached egg was wonderful, my tea and the barista customer service was great. The layout is too open, no cozy nooks, comfy seating, or privacy whatsoever. The seating was hard benches with no real backs. A few simple changes like divider half walls, plants, cushy arm chairs. would do a world of good!

Amazing space and lots of it without feeling cold and spread out. Baristas were so great, friendly and made amazing coffee. I had their special Cortado and it was spectacular. I also had a cinnamon roll that was cooked so well, it wasn't gooey or dry inside and it wasn't only frosting. I'll definitely be back.
