i was riding my motorcycle and it was so cold outside so i came in to warm up and the girls were so nice. they offered me some hot water and their energy was just so awesome and sweet. 10/10 customer service and kindness :)) their coffee is always good i think everyone knows that

This has to be one of the worst nonfat mocha’s I’ve had. Little flavor and I wonder if they even put 4 shots in the cup. It didn’t taste like coffee at all. Little chocolate flavor either. I was seeing these coffee stands from the tri cities to post falls. I won’t be stopping at one anytime soon.

Stopped by here and since I just drink " regular coffee" without all d fancy names and coffee lingo knowledge a young lady named Ana helped me get what I wanted. She listened to my basic request then proceeded to make me perfect coffee without all d mickey mouse addatives. I have no idea what she did but Ana did a great job. As I sat there in the lobby I noticed d cute Italian style coffee cup do guess what I bought it as a reminder of my visit there. Loved the ambiance of the
place, very modern.

I drive by and grab coffee everyday as a teacher at Liberty Creek. Koleton V. always rushes to the side I'm on because he knows my drink and car. I'm never late to school because of Koleton. I'm also a happy teacher because of WakeUp Call! Thanks guys!!!

Cant complain. Out of all the chain coffee shops, this one hits the best. Several coffee stands just dont do a decent drip coffee. They do that well. Very on top of particulars of milk or sugar type. They want you to be happy, not fed through a line of cars or foot track.

Drive through moves faster than walk up window. They get graded on performance with drive through versus walk up window. Be prepared to wait if you walk in.

I absolutely love everything about this coffee shop. I highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a better, more local option. I always am so happy when Hannah K is working, she always remembers me and checks in on how life is going. She gives the best compliments and always makes the best drinks. Definitely my go-to coffee shop in town!
