Usually a great experience. We take the drive through with my wife all the time and love it. Quality service, great coffee- and in all other cases, I'd give a 5 star review.

However- while walking through the neighborhood, we decided to walk in, and ordered some coffee in the lobby. We then proceeded to wait 40 minutes as the drive through was prioritized and over ten vehicles were served before us, which made us run late to a planned event that evening.

I'm usually not picky, but waiting 40 minutes for coffee is unreasonable. Customers should be served in the order of arrival, and customers should not have to wait nearly an hour for coffee.

Other than that, it's a wonderful coffee shop with great service. Just don't walk into the lobby if you're in a rush.

Edit: I've just read similar reviews for this location, so I'm leaving this rating and review until this issue is addressed or resolved. Definitely not deserving of 4.8 stars with such a glaring issue.

Was visiting from out of town and searching for a coffee shop, Wake up call popped up and I’m so glad it did! My barista was Briana, she is amazing and made me feel so welcomed. She took the time to make sure she got my order right and even had me taste it so that it was to my liking. I appreciated her service so much and the friendly environment she created, definitely look forward to coming back to this location!

Briana is a great barista! She makes my drink just how I wanted it and reassured me about each detail, she was funny and helpful when suggesting alternatives.
Her service was fast and friendly,
I have went to wake up call before but the stand she works at makes it’s 10X better to order coffee at with her energy and thoughtfulness.

Bri was amazing and very customer service oriented. She always has a smile for customers. She was fast and efficient, made our drinks amazing as well and I'm lucky because I like white coffee so it has to be made specifically. She nailed it. Thank you so much for being amazing

Bri was so sweet when serving me my coffee. Her customer service is unmatched!!! While talking she made the wait seem short, she asked me to try my drink and it was amazing, she even clarified my drink before handing it to me. It felt very nice to know my order was completed correctly while seeing her be positive. Thank you Bri and wake up call 😄
