The rooms were nice and clean, everytime I asked the housekeepers; Kera Helen or Lilly they were always so quick to help or make my stay easier. I cant quite remember the lady at the fronts name, but she was extremely rude and honestly she seemed like a bigot. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Aaron is her name, they would be a lot better without her negative energy.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I am not the type to post negative reviews because I understand mistakes happen, we are all human. But this was horrible.

Arrived and checked into our room. We opened the door and saw a bloody bandaid right on the bed and imprints on the sheets, as if someone was just laying there. I asked for a new room immediately and that was no problem.

Second room seemed fine at first. Then we ended up finding a USED Q TIP on the bathroom counter. So gross. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The tissue box was empty.

The halls had stains on the floor and the halls smelled like straight up fish. (Some people were cooking fish in their room so that’s not the hotels fault).

Then when it got late we looked out the window and noticed a car right next to ours and the man inside kept walking around the parking lot looking inside the cars. There was another man roaming the parking lot smoking for hours. Looked like he was on some type of drugs. We did not feel safe. We called the police and they never even showed up!

I would feel safer at a motel 6.

The ladies working the front desk are always super nice and helpful the manager not so much how he got his position unknown but I didn't spend $2300 to stay in this shabby hotel to be treated like I am less than! And the fact that you have to pay 8 for a frozen breakfast sandwich is ridiculous!

Stayed here again, despite my better judgement, as I wanted to give the place a second chance. Employees are nice, and I do like the parking lot itself. That's it.
AVOID THIS HOTEL!! I had mites and beetles crawling around. The window wouldn't close all the way and there was mold growing on it.
My door wouldn't shut until I hit it with a running start. I'm 6'4" and even I had a hard time. Being my height also means I saw all the places not cleaned for an indiscriminate amount of time... not including the stains I found in a black light. Wow. A lot. Everywhere.
If you stay here, cook your clothes in the drier on HIGH. 10 minutes at 170F+ kills any bugs you'll get from this place.

Booked our room 2 months in advance as I needed a handicapped accessible room. When I booked I requested ice in our room which was asked on my booking. After driving 11 hours with an infant and family members late in the evening we just wanted to rest and get clean. The room wasn't exceptional for the cost to stay. After setting up my handicap equipment we turned down the beds and found bugs in both beds, live ones and dead ones. Called manager immediately, they came and looked and really weren't surprised. They left to do something and never came back we waited 15 minutes and my daughter went down to the desk. There were NO ROOMS available. So at 10:30 @night after traveling 11 hours we had to find another place to stay which was not an easy thing to do. They did refund all my money BUT I was assured a manager would contact me which would have been a month ago. I sent an email which was never answered. I gave them a month to respond before I posted this review because I wanted to be fair. Unless you want to deal with repercussions from a filthy BUG Ridden room I personal would NOT stay here.

We booked a stay here for a week while visiting family for a cheap option. We weren’t expecting too much and didn’t really have too many issues until the last night there. The room was fairly clean but we really only were there to sleep at night. The last night we were there we got in our room at 10:30pm stating that they were redoing their parking lot and our cars needed to be out of the lot and parked across the street by 8:30am the following day. That day would be our check out day. We tried to talk to someone that night saying we didn’t have ample notice and wanted a minimal refund for the few hours in the morning since we wouldn’t be able to pack our car up in the lot and would have to trek it across the busy street. The guy at the desk said he couldn’t do anything and to come back in the morning. So we came back the next morning and a different guy said he couldn’t do anything about it and that he would have to call his manager to see how much he could discount our room. We took a name and email, but doubt we will ever hear back as they already charged my card at the beginning of the trip. We ended up crossing the busy street with 3 large bags and back packs. As we got across the street there was a snake near our vehicle. If you’re going to redo your parking lot there should have been notices much sooner than a few hours before it begins. This is a scheduled service, not just something that pops up.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. I didn't realize that any person could just slap a My Stay brand on any old run down hotel without the promise of the previous experiences we've had in other locations. The parking lot was FULL of beer bottles and twisted tea cans and there were people openly drinking on their tail gates. Check in was awful. No greeting. Just rushing me off. The 'staff' does not care about common courtesy or decency when it comes to their guests in any capacity. The floor we were on was full of grown adults and kids that had their doors propped open, yelling and laughing, and there were screaming kids running up and down the hallways and riding the elevators until after 1AM. I had to ask them several times to be quiet but ultimately ended up getting dressed, going downstairs to demand that the staff actually do something about it. I was met with annoyance and had no communication back from the lady at the front desk, but the staff went up and asked them to be quiet. She left afterwards without a word to me and went back downstairs. What a nightmare.

The location is nice, parking lot is really good, and the staff is very kind. HOWEVER: The window might as well have been open. It did not seal at all, and there was mold growing on it. I cleaned it off.
Also, the door did not shut all the way unless I put all the force of my 6'4" body into it. (Video proof)
I would consider the floors and bed as the best thing in the room... because God knows I cleaned enough dirt from the cabinets
