All hooks very safe, just too many trains at night. Clem and affordable. The best part was that we order from Otis Grill not knowing anything about it or what kind of food was. Surprisingly very good restaurant Ubereats deliver very cheap, the quality, portions and flavor was very good, excellent food, wish we could go back there.

The most charming part of the location is that it borders a train track and the train runs throughout the night, blaring its loud horn. The second most charming part is that the park is bordered on either side by dumpy mobile home parks. There were a few obviously homeless people staying there in tents. The WiFi did not work well, the sewer hookup was in a weird place and we would have needed 30’ extra of tubing to connect both our sewage sites. The bathrooms were decent. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the fall leaves were really pretty!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how flexible the hosts were, especially with our pets. We could not get hot water in the shower of our cabin but the central shower facilities were great.

Friendliest place I’ve been in Washington.
They have good folks running the place.
It’s a very homey, welcoming place.

I stayed in one of the cabins. It was cozy.
Above all it was peaceful and safe.
Thank you to all who makes it so.

Traveling thru Spokane and HAD to book a tent site here as no availability at State Park. $50USD seemed very expensive for what we got. Grass was dead, more dirt than anything. ‘A’ frame cover over picnic table too low and we were constantly bonging our heads! (we are 6’ tall). The bathroom was clean. We did not use showers. Be ready for noise -train felt like it was on top of us and went by 4x overnight! Between that, buzzing transformer and traffic noise, it was horrible. Only book this place if you are desperate! Pool was closed.

Great location for exploring Spokane & Coeur d'Alene Idaho. We had a wonderful corner site in the pull through row. Friendly staff & newly remodeled office. Yes, train in the distance but didn't really notice it but once or twice in 4 days.
Problem - grounds were dirty( trash in road for 4 days) & bathrooms were gross. I think maybe they had no staff to help. Never saw a campworker the whole 4 days. Campground very busy ( lots of cute tent sites) so bathrooms were heavily used & were trashed every morning.

The low price indicates they are aware of the more primitive camp ground.
Disappointed only with the women's restroom facility. Both toilets are out of order. Our RV toilet became unusable while here so it was disappointing to have to use the men's side.
Also we needed cleaning supplies with our toilet emergency and the store here was closed early.
One night was enough.

Staff at check-in was outstanding. We have a 45' motor home and I was told at reservation time that we'd fit no problem and that they would put us in a premium spot, pull through.
Upon arrival, the entrance was nice and welcoming, clean and we were greeted by cheerful ladies in the office.
Once we navigated the park I quickly realized it was very narrow and had some tight turns. Thankfully we disconnected the car first. Going down our road to the site, others had awnings extended and vehicles parked sticking out so much I had no more than a few inches on each side. Very respectful people, not!
The entire park was not more than gravel, dirt and dust.
Definitely not what we expected.
I'm sorry to say we are KOA members and this is not the norm I typically see.
This is a park we will not return to.
