We dined on a sunny and 70 degree day which added to the overall positive experience! The chicken shawarma salad was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The falafel sandwich was zesty and a good sized portion. We both thought the dolma was a little salty and bland for our palettes so we were wishing we went with the baba ganoush instead. Still a great experience and chill vibes for a sunny Thursday afternoon!

This place is one of the most satisfying shawarmas around! They don't skimp on the meat either, it truly filling for around $12, and it isn't mystery meat, you can taste the actual lamp and steak. Don't let my bad Pic influence your opinion. Don't sleep on this place!

My husband and I were looking for food while our car was being worked on in the area so we walked up the street to check out the food trucks. I was told that this place has good Greek food, and they definitely did! My husband saw shawarma on their menu and instantly wanted to order. We both got the shawarma wraps with beef and lamb and a side of fries that we fixed up with feta cheese, sauce, and shawarma beef and lamb meat.

The wraps were SO GOOD, better than a regular gyro in my opinion. They really pack it with meat and there's a nice variety of vegetables inside. The garlic oil sauce and seasonings they put in the wrap really made the entire thing come together well. The fries were great too, maybe needed a little bit of salt but the meat, sauce, and cheese made up for it. Definitely will return back to these guys the next time we have a Greek craving, I highly recommend them!

This review is for the restraunt on Capital Way. Which has only been open a few months. All I can say is wow. We went to an early dinner on Sat Feb 22. Went in through the back which is where the lounge/bar is located. Immediately a cool chic vibe, but not pretentious at all. We were greated Immediately by the hostess/drink server. She had a genuine Duchenne smile. A real smile that is impossible to fake. And she was incredibly attractive, yet not arrogant with zero attitude. Our server was the same. No Bellvue attitude if you know what I mean. The food was excellent. We both had the scallops and the cheese flatbread. Perfect amount of food since we are on a semi diet not wanting to eat too much. But not too little food where one would leave hungry. Been there at high end restraunts. Server will remember us. My wife talked about her tattoos, one remembering their mother's and my wife's love tattoo because she serves children. Best restaurant experience I have ever had. This place is getting popular. Word on the internet is spreading fast. Last thing is, don't be afraid of going here at night in downtown Olympia. It's safe. Yes, there are homeless. Yet they don't mess with anyone. I felt safe parking my nice car outside. With Seatttle and Tacoma going downhill, we don't go there much anymore. Olympia is changing and feels way safer. Parking can be tricky, but lucked out finding a spot right outfront. Highly recommend, just do it now before it gets too popular. Like those places that have a 2 week table wait.

I have been wanting to eat here for forever! And it did not disappoint! The Sabich was so delicious and the bourek was crispy and tasty! I love that this food truck did not only have the typical Middle Eastern offerings.

The fried cauliflower is wonderful and comes with a unique aoli type sauce. Fresh, crispy, flavorful batter perfectly fried, not soggy.

There's a great little outdoor seating area but it is uncovered.

My hubby and I went for lunch on a Monday. He ordered the falafel sandwich and a cola and I had the lamb and beef shawarma sandwich and the fried cauliflower with z'atar aioli. Everything was prepared to order and you could see the beef and lamb roasting on a spit in the truck. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my request to add extra sauce to my sandwich and they dis not charge extra for it. My husband loved his falafel sandwich which came with picked veggies inside and just a touch of hot sauce that added to the flavor but wasn't overwhelming. My beef and lamb shawarma sandwich also had fresh veggies, the meat was flavorful and delicious. The fried cauliflower was piping hot, super crispy and the z'atar aioli was the perfect accompaniment. I wrapped up my lunch with a piece of baklava which was crispy, not too sweet, nicely spiced and super yummy. Terrific meal and we'll definitely be back!

Order - Beef Lamb Shawarma

Slow roasted on a spit topped with fresh and pickled vegetables and garlic sauce in a pita bread.

Time - within 5 mins.

Presentation - see pics, looks amazing. It's a wrap 😁

Quality - 4/5 - it was delicious, if they had an option of sauces it would be even better. The meat was nicely cooked and the full combination was fresh.

Quantity - 3/5 - Above Average. Not too much or too little. The pita could have been bigger and there wasn't a combo/meal option with a side and a drink included.

Value for money - Good value for money.

Additional - All in all, you get what you pay for and it was definitely fast food.
