Came upon this place on my way to work. The brisket was so moist and tender. The beans are full of pork chunks and some peppers to add texture and different flavor. The mac and cheese is one of the best baked Mac’s I’ve ever had. The my first time eating here and the start to a weekly visit at least. As a chef myself, I highly recommend OGs if you’re into real delicious bbq. Only reason I put 4 stars on atmosphere was it’s in a parking lot but I didn’t look around much after I got my food. Absolutely f-ing delicious
Chef terry is so cool. This man knows what he’s doing times 10. Massive culinary talent.

STRAIGHT GAS.

The food (art) was very good. Everything was savory, flavorful, and tender.
The beans were unexpectedly great, I had no idea beans could be that good.
I highly recommend the garlic noodles with pork belly.
I’m never a fan of greens but these are an exception.
Family loved the mac and cheese.
The prices were fair and ended up paying less than expected.

Give this place a try!!

Best BBQ I've had this side of the Mississippi by far! Meat is delicious, tender and smoked on site. Sides are beautifully seasoned, and filling. Portion sizes are fantastic, definitely eating here again!

Y'ALL, THIS MAN IS KIND, and it already smells amazinfood. Came from Lacey to have the honor of eating his food.

You could smell it from the bus stop. Y'all come support him and show him some love and dine here, if you're around. Great food and service. He's a sweet and humble man, but he lets his food speak for itself, no sellers pitch.

Very nice and kind human, more need to be like him. He's a chef 👨‍🍳 not a cook. He puts his passion into his fiod.

Legit BBQ. Seriously nice owner who provided great service. Ribs were tender. Tri tip was smoked well and does not require sauce IMHO. The pork bell was very good but probably my least favorite all three but that could have been because I ate over a pound of meat in my car. This place definitely deserves a stop.

I was heading out to grab some food when I spotted this BBQ joint and decided to give it a shot. Ended up ordering the two-meat plate with pork belly, brisket, mac and cheese, and beans. After trying several BBQ places around WA, I didn’t have high hopes lol, but to my surprise, the food was fantastic! I'll definitely be back to try the ribs next time.

I just had the best meal I've ever had in Olympia so far.
I got the Garlic Noodles with Pork Belly and Spicy Crunchies. I about died from the flavore explosion i experienced.
The noodles were the perfect texture, the pork belly was perfectly rendered with the perfect amount of smoke.
The barbecue sauce wasn't too sweet or too acidic.
I love everything about it!

Exactly what we've been looking for. Brisket was delicious, Mac and cheese with pork belly awesome. The noodle bowl is also 5 stars. We will be back!
