Rent is rather high for those in RV's..restrooms/showers, laundry room not very clean/inviting. They do have new locking mailboxes at the front entrance. There is school bus pickup at this location, but not kid friendly, no playground.

The manager a theif she's on hearion her boyfriend steals people's trailers from them ,conartist. won't give ]out title when your payed off trailer tries to make it like you did something to get you out to resale your stuff..and lazy please looks bad trailers rotting away abandoned .

The residents at Coach Post are quite friendly. I don't live here but I visit friends who are very nice, and they get along nicely with their neighbors. That means a lot to me.

Laid-back. Honest people within walking distance to yauger park,..safeway,goodwill,food gas and more. Close to highway 101 and 20 min to little creek casino private yet easy access to many retailers.

The entire 6 years my friend has lived here hes been able to leave any and everything out side from tools to unopen cases of pop but now that the new neighbors moved in to number 6 thats no longer possible cause they keep stealing his stuff.

I've lived here approximately 9 years when I first moved in it was tweaker City now the park has been sold and it's a lot better these days Honest Engine Cross My Heart

One of the worst places on the planet to visit. Deaths happen here all the time, trees falling through homes, fires from meth labs, and poor maintenance. Most of the homes here have mold and water damaged roofs.
