Room was great but tub didn’t drain fully I let them know when we checked out they were grateful and said they would address it and get if fixed before the room was rented out again. Pool cold and hot tub where barely warm but they had been recently refilled from what the front desk staff said and those things take awhile to reheat. Breakfast was amazing as where all the staff we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future once the pool is warmer.

I stayed here for 3 nights because the Seattle area is expensive and a hotel there almost baited me almost 1k I managed to find this hotel I could careless about the commute to the city because this hotel was more affordable but here are my pros and cons on it.

Pros: hotel is at a great location very easy access to get on/off the I-5 freeway plenty of eateries within walking distance from the hotel plus parking is free of charge.

Very great breakfast selections and it was tasty everything was hot and fresh.

The staff I met was very friendly and gave wonderful service and addressed my questions professionally.

Cons: my room was clean (which was good) but the rooms are a little outdated and could use a re model especially the bathroom still clean but still needs a makeover.

The hotel is a smoke free place they have a hut outside for smokers I recently had an encounter on my floor where the hallway smelled like cigarettes.

Beware The walls are very thin and I can hear other guests talking loudly next door but it wasn’t a big deal since it was a minor issue.

Overall I had a great stay!

Positive: Excellent breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and when the TV wasn?t working, the staff fixed it for me immediately. Negative: I am not disabled, but I fell getting out of the tub shower because the base of the tub was about 4 inches higher than the floor, and I didn?t realize that. Thank goodness I didn?t get hurt.

Checking in was great. Front desk staff was amazing....But we have found Black mold in our room and they can't change our room until tomorrow. We drove over 6 hours in Friday rush hour traffic to be with our family for a funeral. We have no where else to go at 930pm. To add insult to injury they offered only a 15% discount. I have two children who have respiratory issues(on nebulizer and inhalers) I don't know what to do. Not to mention the food on the ceiling in the other parts of the room.

It was okay!! Be careful if you park to the right side of the front door,an employee thinks that it's legal to park in the white stripped area that's for the handicap parking. Space for the wheelchair lifts!! And when brought to her attention she said that it was "her" parking spot!! She works the late shift. Other than that encounter it was good!!

Great location but the staff is very unfriendly and this is a very noisy hotel. Very poor insulation for the rooms. I got woke up all night from the upstairs traffic and the staff is very noisy in the hallways at about 7 am

Positive: Staff was very kind & helpful. Negative: The hot tub wasn't working and the breakfast was terrible. Potatoes not cooked. Cheap bread molded

I came here with my one year old just for the pool once I arrived i got ready and went to l the pool that was closed down. It didn't pay the money jusr to have a room if i would have known that there pool was down i would of never booked a room. Now I'm our the money and they wouldn't do anything to make it right. I think I deserve credit for another night when there pool opens up
