I enjoyed my stay here. It's currently being remodeled for a better breakfast area. Had a nice clean room. Everything worked without issues. Watched CSI pretty much all night and had take out from the new Mexican drive thru on college street by little caesars. Temporary breakfast was served on the main floor in a room and everything was neat, stocked well and clean. Options were oatmeal, bagels, bread, some cereal in premade bags, bananas, yogurt or a breakfast sandwich. Drinks had coffee, water, and tea like most places do. Unfortunately no juice, which was a bummer but not anything to note.

Now- whilst being there alone while my boyfriend went to meet up with his friend, and without any warning or knock, someone had entered the room, which I promptly made it known I was still inside the room and then they quickly shut the door, and I went over to fully lock it. Very odd to me that they wouldn't even knock before trying to enter the room. Never saw who it was but they had to have worked there and had a key to access the room. But nothing major to input other than that. Overall I would stay again and I would recommend it to others because the location is convenient, not too far from freeway access and is surrounded by gas stations. The police station is nearby. BK, Denny's and Sharis in the same area, while down to road just a hair more is dominos, Jimmy John's, O'blarneys Irish pub, Panda Express, puget sound taps, Starbucks, buffalo wild wings, Jersey Mike's and a Safeway. So plenty to choose from. Hope this helps.

Positive: It was a place to stay for the two nights I needed. Negative: 1. The property is undergoing lobby renovation.2. The clerk gave me the wrong keys and wrote the wrong room number on the card. Elevators were not working due to construction.3. NO Breakfast due to construction. Suppose to b included.

Rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. However, I didn't know the property is under renovations. No elevator, and a breakfast that was pared down to Bananas, bagels, and dry cereal. Very sad. Would give the place a second chance.

Not only are the rooms very clean and spacious but staff also goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need and that you are comfortable breakfast is always on time and delicious. You will always leave with a smile there's not another hotel nearby that will beat their price either. As far as the location you could literally walk to the Denny's which is in the same parking lot or there's a Shari's and Red lobster across the street as well as several other places nearby

I booked a stay here last minute for three nights while I was waiting in between leases for an apartment, and this has been my worst experience staying in a hotel in a very long time.

I booked through an app, and even though it was "refundable" after I made the purchase it showed me the actual cancellation cut off was hours before. I was charged extra pet fees when I got to the hotel, and their idea of pet friendly, is charging an extra $20 a night, and putting you in the worst room in the hotel. I asked for a room away from other guests as my old dog gets spooked by other people making noise out of the hallway, which my neighbors across the hall were constantly going in and out, slamming their doors, yelling at their kids, and smoking outside the building with the door open which filled the hallway and the stairwell will smoke.

This trip cost me probably double what it would have been to book my stay at a cheaper hotel like motel 6, or the super 8 next door, and I would have gotten better quality. My room smelled like rotting garbage the whole time, and I bagged and sealed all the trash in my room, so it wasn't from me there are deep yellow and brown stains on the bottom side of the mattress, the smoke detector is about 20 years old from my experience in home renovations, and is stained yellow from all the smokers that have been in this room even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking room. There is food waste, and brown smears on the walls in multiple places throughout the apartment, damage to the paint in multiple areas where they clearly haven't bothered with any maintenance or repairs, multiple holes in the wall throughout the unit, and burn marks in the carpet which I would say is also at least 15 to 20 years old.

Save your money and go somewhere else, maybe it'll be worth it after the renovations are complete, but right now this hotel is absolutely not worth the money they charge, after everything I think I paid $360 for three nights, and motel 6 is a few miles away is only $65 a night with no extra fees.

The staff was great, and the room was clean. The breakfast ended at 9am and it has a nice variety. Waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt and toast.
We did have to have a card with $200 at least for a deposit, on top of paying for the room. So just keep that in mind. Also, there is no elevator, so if you are unable to access the stairs your rooms know the main floor are limited.
