I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. This was my last stop after relocating from TX 2200 some miles to Lacey, WA. Mr. John was an excellent receptionist and assisted greatly. The following morning I met such lovely ladies at the front desk who were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. All the staff had the necessary ingredients for warm welcoming business and quality customer satisfaction. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the near future.

One might assume that all chain hotels are created equal - they’re definitely not. This was my favourite Hampton stay across US & Canada! The building was new, clean, and tastefully decorated. Our room with a king and a pull out sofa was spacious. I appreciated that the couch was already set up with a sheet. And it was easy to find the extra pillows and the blanket in the room.

What really set this hotel apart was the breakfast area. It was the best set up that I’ve seen - spacious, clean and so well organized! There was a whole station for waffle toppings, including strawberry syrup and whip cream!

The coffee station in the lobby was also superb. There were plates and cutlery, which I haven’t seen at other locations.

As far as chains go, I feel that this location went above and beyond to provide a great guest experience.

Very clean, quiet, well-maintained property. Excellent staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The little lady that ran the breakfast had the whole place spotless the whole time and she was such a ray of sunshine each morning. (Not a crumb hit the floor on her watch!) Easy access. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff, great pool! But the mattress was one of the worst I've slept on. You get a nicer mattress at a cheap $60 a night hotel somewhere else. The mattress feels like a 1950's mattress with springs poking at you and the rest of the mattress is tired as if melted around the springs so that part is too soft and offers no support. They need to be replaced. I asked management if other rooms had had their mattresses updated. They said no, all the rooms have the same mattresses.. I would stay here again if they bought new, quality, comfortable mattresses. The rest of the room was nice, had comfortable chairs. ADA shower was wonderful. The most important part of a hotel stay for me is getting a good night sleep in a comfortable bed. Their mattress hurt my back and hips. Had to take ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer the next morning just to be able to get moving the next morning. Since I came for a food night rest, and didn't get it. I would love my money back and I won't stay here again with those mattresses. (Which is a shame, because they have a great pool)

1st day's breakfast choices were weird. Dry polish sausage and oddly seasoned potatoes.
Today's breakfast put my husband on the toilet for an hour. I'm very glad we didn't eat the same things.
Room was clean. Hotel was pretty.
Good shower pressure.
Room is too dark, unless it's daytime and the curtain is open.
Bed was hard as a rock. If you like a soft bed, bring a pillow top for the bed.
USB ports didn't work.
Staff was VERY NICE.
Location is FANTASTIC! Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. We really liked O'Blarney's and Puget Sound Taps.

No elevator/ice machinedown. Otherwise, it was great. Fridge, microwave, coffee/tea, iron, hair dryer, all the things you need in room. Gym, laundry. And other room on first floor. Breakfast at 6 am. Heading there soon. A couple pictures from this morning sorry for mess.

Only thing I'd suggest is you bring your own pillow if you like any head support. Pillows were soft and clean but had zero bulk (maybe an inch) even stacked three high gave little/no support. Beds are on a bit on the firm side FWIW. Gave it a 5 because the hotel and staff were great. Beds and pillows are personal preference (pillows were too soft for me). Happy travels!

We rented 3 rooms next to each other for our wedding, while trying to get ready the people below us made a complaint about the noise. We were back for about 10min and they called our room and asked us to keep it down which we tried to, but its hard with 6 children. Within 10min the manager told us that if we did not keep it down we were going to have to leave. We asked why they were not moved when they were only one room, and were told that it was because of maid fees they couldn’t move them. They were absolutely rude, and hostile in the whole conversation and every suggestion we made to help accommodate was immediately shot down and dismissed and we ended up being absolutely miserable trying to keep all the children in a bed and silent so we didn’t get kicked out in the middle of our stay.
