I was on my way from Fairbanks AK to North Carolina and had some vehicle issues. The staff and GM were extremely helpful in working with me on the dates that I needed changed through Booking .com. I was welcomed and assisted throughout with all the staff. My room was very good and clean, I was impressed that the bed was fairly new and it was clean. The rate for pets was amazing since I had 2, the first was free and the 2nd was $25. I had the TV and fan on for the dogs while I went to a store that the staff gave perfect directions to and upon returning there wasn’t a complaint. The pool and hot tub were temping with adult hours but I got lots of rest instead. Being a solo travel person in a crisis I have to say this hotel did an amazing service to me. I’m glad to share that with you now. Like every place, there are pros and cons but I found that my experience was best by the pros and hope that others traveling will apply the pros to each stay here as well.|Thank you Lacey WA Laquinta and well done!!!

Front desk people were very kind and always greeted us when we came in! The location and breakfast were also great. I also liked that the pet fee is included in the price. Why I gave it 3 stars is because the hotel desperately needs updating for the price you’re paying. It’s on the level of a Motel 6 or Super 8. We booked here also for the washer/dryer access but there is only 1 set of those and they are always in use.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I have the chance to do so. The accommodations are always clean and well kept.
The pool and hot tub are always open during pool hours. They even have an adult only time frame between 10pm and midnight, which is very nice if you're looking to spend a little quality time with someone special after the kids get put to bed.
And the continental breakfast is well worth the few extra $$'s you'll pay for your booking here, but like I said, the extras make it well worth the small percentage more you'll pay for your room.

I love this place and will be staying here again in the future.

Great price super comfy bed. Breakfast and coffee was good. Only complaint i have is the moldy meldew smell by the elevator on the first floor. Prob because the pool. Other than that highly recommend. Price $$ not bad at all.

The hotel room lacked intact curtains in intake sheets. The desk looks as though beavers had come in previous to me and decided that they were hungry. The employee seemed very nice and the breakfast was okay. Although it was closed on the dot and my daughter missed it completely by one minute when everything was put away.

Highly recommend finding somewhere else until they fix several things.

Rooms were visibly not clean. Outdated. Missing lightbulbs in fixtures. Phone in room didn't work. Thin walls, loud street, loud guests (including dogs) all around. Wifi kept going off and on.

Room was not great for even a one night stay. The toilet was broken in the room we were first in, as well as a very strong chemical smell and scotch tape literally holding the half wall together.

We were moved one room over. The new room had ants. Found 10 before bed and 15+ the next morning when we woke up. Very uncomfortable bed. Sofa sleeper was even worse 😬

Indoor pool is not heated, very cold. Jacuzzi was over chlorinated, stung our eyes after a few minutes. No bathroom or shower in the pool area.

The breakfast was less than mid level- not very warm, no bacon, minimal fruit, several basic carb choices.

The bed was ok service excellent, all our needs were met for 18 days. Pool though cold. It's a great place for the money. The rooms are nice beds are a little hard for us. But it's a great location, the mac and cheese in store great. They ran out of it and soup which was sad but the store is pretty good.

If you're looking for a nice, quiet hotel in this area, please do not stay at this La Quinta. My only request at booking was that I'd like as quiet a room as possible. When I checked in, I was told that the room was in a quiet section of the building. Actually, it was right next to a loud, very busy road. Also, the TV didn't work, the toilet began running constantly in the middle of the night; thankfully, I was able to fix it myself. When I requested a refund the next morning, I was told that the manager would call me the next day. I never received the call. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Lacey area, trust me - DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL!
