From desk girl with the septum piercing was incredibly helpful, kind, and personable. At first I called on the phone with questions and she answered them quickly and correctly. When I arrived 30 minutes later she recalled what I had called for and answered my follow up questions with ease.

Three years with the company and if she's not getting paid at the top most tier available for her position, I suggest you do.

She's definitely an employee that any company should fight for to keep happy. (Note: she did not indicate or say anything negative about how she feels regarding her work place or her coworkers)
Please provide the recognition that she deserves. The interaction, though be it short, has definitely made me a fan of the best western properties. I only hope the next location I stay at has the same caliber of empathy, helpfulness, and intelligence that she has provided me.

Rooms are a little small, but the one king bed room was clean and felt ready for a new guest.

I stay here at the Best Western Cascadia Inn in Everett Washington whenever I am doing a show in Monroe Fairgrounds.
Lovely hotel at a good value. The breakfast selections are always fresh and the service is top notch.

The hotel and rooms are out dated and have an unrecognizable odor. The beds have seen better days, so soft it’s like sleeping in a hammock. Hence the 2 stars. The breakfast bar is amazing, plenty to choose from and very clean.

This hotel management is dishonest. We were asked upon checkout how the stay was. I stated some good, some not so good. The front desk then furnished the managers email, which did not work, to resolve the issues. The front desk finally offered $100 refund for the inconveninces, which they claim was paid on Aug 21, but in fact was never paid despite mountains of evidence they requested, and I furnished, proving they never credited our card we used to pay. The BBB, BW Customer Service, and now my chargecard are involved in setting this right. Pending....

Me and my wife had a wonderful time at this hotel!! The room was so clean also the housekeeping detail to cleaniness was so amazing to watch and the jacuzzi was out of this world and so fun!! The breakfast was so good. The cook is amazing! She cooks such tasty breakfast food.. The staff are so kind and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and valued from beginning to the end of our stay..The prices was great for all you get too!! I recommended them for any couples and singles ! You will truly have an enjoyable stay. Thank you for all you guys do..

Really decent hotel for what you pay. The pool is open 10am-10pm (unless that has changed recently.) The rooms are nice and clean and very spacious and overall the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. I was in town for a Judas Priest show and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk away from the "Angel of the Winds" arena where the concert was. There's plenty of food options around the area too and everything is within walking distance (even a really cool dispensary that looks like am old school car garage if you're into marijuana products.) They also have a complimentary breakfast which included biscuits and gravy, cereals, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, etc. so you won't be hard done by in the morning! You can also ask for easy checkout where you just drop your key off in the box and leave. The staff were also very friendly.

Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to stay in the area!

Comfortable and clean hotel close to the I-5. Breakfast was good and in a comfortable clean setting.
Travelled with a small dog so fee was $20 extra, reasonable.
