I’ve stayed here twice now. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Location is nice and close to down town and the water front. Walking distance to restaurants near by and the Historical Theatre. The only complaint I have was the water pressure and temperature in the shower. Hardly any pressure and the water took for ever to get warm. Never got hot. The breakfast is basic but good and free so you can’t beat that. Customer service was awesome. I’d recommend staying here if you are looking in downtown.

I stayed at this hotel for a week on a work trip. It was conveniently located near endless food options, and check-in was very simple. Any time I needed anything, the staff was very helpful. The morning breakfast was always great. A lot of hotels don't go all out on breakfast anymore, so this was a nice perk. Adela was very sweet and friendly to chat with in the morning. Her team seemed to keep the breakfast area nice and clean and fully stocked. The rooms were decent. Nothing to write home about, could've used a good dusting along the baseboards etc. but not dirty. The shower head left a little to be desired, but the bathroom was clean, so I appreciated that. The bed was comfy and I had all I needed. I would stay here again if I need to come back for work.

What an excellent hotel! The location is great, close to downtown Everett (and walking distance to Funko!) and I-5. We loved the fact the hotel had it’s own parking garage and off-the-street pull in for the lobby/check-in. The breakfast was AMAZING! So varied, so fresh, and very delicious. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms made this hotel a great stay! We will stay here next time we go to Everett!

The place is centrally located in Everett. The room is clean with plenty of towels. We really enjoyed breakfast and it has enough variety for both adults and kids. The breakfast staffs Adala and Norma are very friendly and did a great job keep the place clean and constantly restore food.

The room was good, neat and clean. Good location...close to Providence Medical Center. The morning breakfast was awesome. A good variety to choose from. Eggs, Waffles, muffins, bagels, juice, milk, oatmeal, cereal and fruit. Adela and Norma do a great job and we enjoyed talking with them every morning. Very friendly ladies. I would stay here again just because of them!

Rooms aren't noise proof at all. Dog barking at midnight. Service every 3 nights only or you don't get any.

Great location.
DoorDash delivered straight to my room!
Easy parking and check in with Hilton app.
Lobby was big disappointment. Very cold, empty, staff was absent most of the time. The little pantry area was bare.
Garage and elevators were gross.
Breakfast was minimal and disgusting.
Cheap cheap coffee.

Excellent hotel exceeded my expectations.
I've been in the downtown area for 5 days, and
I stayed at 3 different hotels with all the same rating 3-4 Stars this was by far best experience and over all accommodations! These 3 employees in particular were outstanding.
