I give this casino 4.5 stars.
It was our first time here. We meant to visit the last time we stayed at Tulalip resort.
This spot is nice! Love the different slot games and table games have good choices too. The food is good as well. The staff was nice as well.
The overall experience was great, and we can't wait to come back and visit 🙂

The Q never disappoints!

I love the variety of games and restaurants—it’s definitely one of my favorite spots. The wins here are solid, and they have great handpays that make the trip even more worth it.

Plus, they always have such nice and fun giveaways.

Great for slots, drinks are priced high. The cinnamon rolls are fantastic. This is by far the most convenient casino in the area, and has no filler machines always keeping it fresh with promotions play here it's worth it.

I have many memories of Seattle and its cities. I lived in Everrett, Lynwood and Bellebue and I visited this day during one of the most chaotic weeks of my life with the last $200 of the week 🥹 I was playing for $1 trying to make something happen or a miracle happened just when I had $6.22 the machine gave me a free game of 7 shots for 2X and miraculously it gave me double jackpot making my day and a great week. Thanks guys, you were all great with your attention.

The casino was decent overall. The atmosphere was lively, and the gaming options were what you’d expect—slots, table games, and a lot of buzz. However, the real standout moment of our visit was thanks to Chris, one of the hosts. At the last minute, he managed to get us front-row tickets to the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight, which was incredible! That effort really made the trip memorable. Otherwise, the experience was okay—nothing extraordinary apart from that. I’d recom
mend it if you’re looking for a standard casino experience but with the chance of exceptional service if you meet the right host.

Yesterday, I attended the Sweet T Escape event at Quil Ceda Casino and brought my sister as a guest. While we were playing slots at the Stag Bar, my sister accidentally dropped two stacked tickets, worth approximately $126 and $115, into a gap between the machine and the counter. We immediately notified staff, and two attendants came to inspect the machine. Despite their efforts, they claimed they couldn’t locate the tickets.

A technician suggested that someone may have picked up the tickets, but my sister repeatedly explained there was no way anyone could have done so, as the tickets clearly fell into the gap. I also witnessed this and asked the attendants to stop treating us dismissively. One attendant walked away shaking his head when I asked for his name, and both staff members acted as though we were lying about the situation. This was frustrating and insulting, especially since the bartender confirmed that she saw the tickets fall into the gap.

I suggested they review the surveillance footage, as the continued questioning and accusations were unnecessary. At this point, a manager named Denny intervened but approached us rudely. When we tried to explain, she yelled, “You both can’t be talking to me at the same time!” This was uncalled for, as she interrupted our conversation with the attendant (Candy).

Eventually, after reviewing the surveillance footage, they confirmed that everything my sister had said was correct, and they reissued the vouchers. While I appreciated that the issue was resolved, the process left us feeling disrespected and humiliated.

Today, I called the casino and asked to speak with Denny’s superior. I was transferred to Anita, who apologized for the situation and promised to escalate the issue to her boss, Ashley. While Anita was polite, she asked if we had been intoxicated during the event, as we had used the drink tabs provided. I found this question inappropriate and irrelevant to the way we were treated.

Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had with casino staff. The dismissive attitude, accusations, and unprofessional behavior left us feeling like we were being treated as liars. I hope the higher-ups in this company review this incident and address the behavior of their staff to ensure no other customers have to go through such a demeaning experience.
